Delta is charging 200 a month from unvaccinated employees to cover the extra health charge if they contract COVID. This will hurt the flight attendants or new hires more than anyone.

American and Alaska Airlines, are not going to allow an unvaccinated employee to use sick leave while in the hospital. Their covered due to the insurance, but it will be classified unpaid leave.

United the most abusive of all as they are giving all employees 6 weeks to get the vaccination or face termination procedures.

I am so glad I am away from all the mandated madness. Many of my friends are retiring or taking an early out; others are taking the shot to keep their jobs. Only time will tell who made the right decision.

I once had a job that I felt was toxic. It was a " Man Power " job back in the 70's. I needed a job real bad back then and guess what, I took the temp job from "Man Power " temp services.

So it really is hard to tell when people need an income and I mean really need an income, what they will do.

My only true and real concern these days is this: What if the US govt. steps in and says NO govt. benefits till you are vaccinated ? Would that be MIM's " USA 's Spider Web Trap " then ?

This is some really serious stuff when one gets caught into the " Spider Web Trap " of the future.

Just yesterday, Japan is throwing around a proposed new law that will ALLOW " shut downs/lockdowns " , so who knows what the future will be like even in this country.

The trend of gov forcing chemicals into citizens bodoes needs stopped
Batsh!t insane.

I sense an intentional depop agenda honestly. Through civil unrest and poisonous injections.

Nothing else makes sense.

Captains with a major Airline have seniority and are making around 200,000 a year plus or minus depending on equipment. It is not like you can walk out the door and be a Captain for another airline unless you want to go to some Arab country...

With the airline market the way it is with many all ready laid off and waiting for a recall this picture is not pretty for all concerned. Luckily most of my Captain friends who worked until 65 retired within the last two years; but all the first officers who are now captains are the ones facing the dilemma of what to do. Hard to walk away and leave a good paying job and give up a couple of million in retirement IMO with no future job prospects.

There is a critical shortage of pilots. Command pilots. (PIC's)

Even before this covid BS, there was a critical shortage. The feeders can make more money at 7-11, and Burger King.

People used to live in their campers at their stations, just to get hours. Now, it's not worth it anymore.

This will not bode well.

There was a time, in the early '80's when there was a glut on pilots. Not so much anymore.

Those who are left aren't "flying" airplanes, they are pushing buttons, and they're paid crap!

Never going to happen. The Democrats know where their bread and butter is. They do this, they can kiss the 2022 midterm elections goodbye.

For the life of me I cannot see all the furore of the vaccine. OR "the government forcing the population to take chemicals they don't want"????
I've got a serious bit of news for all of you, IF the government wanted to do that, ie force you to take dangerous chemicals, let me tell you there are better ways and more importantly you've been doing that since chemicals were discovered.
You willingly take water. Do you know what chemicals are in that? You think you do, but you don't.
You willingly eat food. Do you know what chemicals are in that? Same as above.
I could go on, beer, cigarettes etc. etc. NOW tell me you know everything you're taking.
