Here's an interesting VAERS report from this week's dump: 726 deaths from the J&J shot rolled into one VAERS report.

VAERS ID# 1669577

So, we can add 725 deaths to the number of deaths reported this week.

This spontaneous report received from a consumer

The batch number was not reported.

It was unknown that whether autopsy performed for reported patients.

The event(s) has an unknown/unclear temporal relationship, is unlabeled, and has unknown scientific plausibility.

None of what you wrote explains why it's ok to roll 726 deaths into one report.

The truth is they’re higher than all other combined vaccine VEARS since forever

With which other vaccines is it required that adverse events be reported?

I was not looking for this, but I recalled you asking...scroll down at this link:

What to Report After Any Vaccination

Healthcare providers are required by law to report to VAERS:

• Any adverse event listed in the VAERS Table of Reportable Events Following Vaccination that occurs within the specified time period after vaccination

• Any adverse event listed by the vaccine manufacturer as a contraindication to further doses of the vaccine

This is the VAERS Table of Reportable Events Following Vaccination

It appears to include all the standard vaccines. If that wasn't required in years past, it is now.

Childrens' vaccinations, specific events, specific timeframes.

Effective date: March 21, 2017. The Reportable Events Table (RET) reflects what is reportable by law (42 USC 300aa-25)

Falls under 42 U.S. Code subpart c— assuring a safer childhood vaccination program in united states.

Not sure it applies to adults.
