If this is the same as what I heard this morn. Dude had a heart attack, ambulance picked him up, had trouble getting him in, they contacted 43 different hospitals, no luck, they did not have available resources, be that beds, or staff, or equipment. He ended up 200 miles away, and the guy did die.
