White House Chief Of Staff Admits Vaccine Mandate Is A "Work Around" The Constitutional Objections

White House chief of staff Ronald Klain offered a doozy this week when he admitted that the announced use of the authority of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for a vaccine mandate was a mere “work around” of the constitutional limit imposed on the federal government. The problem is that the thing being “worked around” is the Constitution. Courts will now be asked to ignore the admission and uphold a self-admitted evasion of constitutional protections.

Going around the Constitutional Objections.

The “work around” was needed because, as some of us have previously during both the Trump and Biden Administration, the federal government does not have clear authority to impose public health mandates. Authority for such mandates has traditionally been recognized within state authority. Make no mistake about it.
This is a clever move to use the OSHA as the vehicle for the mandate to avoid the federalism issues of a direct mandate.

President Joe Biden has been ping ponging on the issue for over a year in first suggesting that he could impose a national mandate and then admitting that he probably could not. Ironically, this move comes on the same day that Attorney General Merrick Garland denounced the “clever” use of the Texas abortion law to make it more difficult to challenge. Judging from the praise for Garland, it appears that such work arounds are noble when done for the right cause.

Imagine that. I have no words. Of course there are those who say "Just get the Vax! its that simple" for a vax that might cause you seriouse side effects.

The experts are downplaying the side effects. If the mRNA/AZ/J&J didnt have serious implications than wouldn't have to worry about getting a medical exemption if you experience one of its side effect.

What Constitution ? Joe knows no one these days pay attention to it and besides do they still teach US Govt. the 3 grade ( junior ) of high school these days ? I know we had to pass the class back then.

His "we circumvented" messaging will be an additional reason for the Supreme Court to rule against dictator Joe, and his minions in the MSM and Medical industries.

President Biden was bummed out because his Chinese handlers didn't allow him to choose the smartest guy he knows (Hunter Biden) as his chief of Staff.

Pretty sure what the Admin is doing goes agaisnt the Constitution/Free Choices.

Is that doctors will be forced out if they start spreading misinformation on the covid saint vaccines. So that means they cant talk about about the side effects like heart inflammations.

They are getting desperate to gag the doctors.

They cant keep this under lid forever.

The intention has already been signaled to the BIG DOGS, and in no time at all the chosen corporations (you know the ones that were on stage with Trump back in the early days of the pandemic) such as you know who, and ya them too, and us too, will mandate all of their employees get vaccinated or get lost. That's all it takes, when the virtuous ring the signal bell, then the rest of the little doggies will follow suit.

As I understand it, the big problem they are going to run into is that they are using an emergency provision in OSHA's regs. The idea is that this allows some regs to be instituted that are urgently needed but so urgently they cannot undergo the usual comment period.

It's on the surface going to be really hard to convince anyone that a condition that has existed in the country for at least 18 months in the workplace justifies this level of action.

This is why they are saying it. They know it's about as likely to work as the eviction moratorium under the CDC.

What of the state mandates that ban vaccine mandates?
Some employers in those states lose tax breaks for mandating vaccines.
