A quote I keep referencing:

It does not take a majority to prevail... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men. Samuel Adams

Guys,

This is straight crazy. I don't care what political affiliation you are.... My brain is melting.

You know what's even crazier?

Not getting vaccinated, keeping the pandemic going, as people keep drying in record numbers and hospitals fill up, simply because people's heads have been filled with a bunch of baseless anti-science propaganda, which has been weaponized against then because of selfishness.

"BuT MaH FrEdUmB." Now *that's* crazy.

Vaccinations prevent disease, and have for over a hundred years. And all the dumbasses who want things to get back to normal but won't even do the simple things to try to even get there.

I bet you are the first scrawny little guy like we see at antifa rallies screaming at cops when they InFrInGe upon your FrEeDoMs arent you?! I bet you HATE HATE HATE HATE cops! You call them fascists and cheer when they are shot by criminals. You HATE that they enforce laws that hold you down from you living your life how you want to live it!

Yet here you are mocking those of us who are willing to die for our freedoms that are promised to us by our Constitution.

What a fraud.

He just said it's not about freedom. WTF.

The USA is a country that maintains strong control over its citizens via financial and legal means. Probably more so that any other country in the world.

It is clear that the poor in America do not have the legal recourse available to the rich.

It is clear that 'the government' can get away with doing things that are illegal for common citizens, without fear of repercussions. A prime example of this is the Iran/Contra affiar where the then President Reagan, and his vice President George Bush were deeply implicated in arming and funding terrorists (Hezbollah) and supporting the illegal drugs trade in the US (the 'Crack coc aine' epidemic that was being used to 'top-up' funding to the Contras). Although a number of small-fry in the scandal were found guilty, they were ALL pardoned by George Bush when he came to office as POTUS. This is just one instance where entrenched money and power has gotten away with crime. There are many such instances.

In the US, more people, in total numbers, are incarcerated than in any other country. Also, as a percentage of total population, more people are incarcerated in the US than in any other country. And those values aren't more by a small degree, they are significant multiples of the next worst country's statistics. Yet at the same time, the crime rate in the USA is about average for any country. WTF are all those people imprisoned for, then? If that doesn't scream tyranny, I don't know what does?

Clearly, the USA has not had even a moderate level of individual freedom, at least on a national and systematic basis, for decades.

Ah, so your job can't be done remotely? Maybe if they have a heart you can switch jobs to something you can do from home? Just hoping for the best for you.

twitter.com...

In July, Jen Psaki said it is “not the role of the federal government” to force Americans to get vaccinated.

Not what the law experts say. And also not true for most types of employment. They are free to change their policies at anytime they wish, providing they give proper notice, which they are doing.

First three things are already happening in my company. We can't fill tech jobs People are retiring and leaving. Though we won't know the final tallies and impact for sure until after October 18 (that's our vaccinate-or-separate date).

Except if you refuse and the company terminates you they don't get off the hook for unemployment, at least not in a right to work state.

I'll call Labor and industries tomorrow and find out about this.

This probably will not go over well, but if you're interested.

The History Of Vaccines

It includes information regarding the mandated small pox Vax among other things.

Mandates including the ones currently in place for children to attend school are not new.

George Washington mandated smallpox inoculations for his military in 1777. And in those days, vaccines really could kill people in droves. Hard choices have had to be made throughout history.

Let us know what you find out.

They're getting very firm on it being your decision to leave if you refuse to be vaccinated. Even remote workers. No severance, no Cobra, no retraining benefit, and no something else I can't remember.

They have no control over contractors, and so have told then to work remote if possible, and if not possible, bye bye. We're very contractor heavy, too. I shudder to think what it's going to be like around here when this all hits the fan.

People are even asking if they can become contractors and work remotely in their same job. and the answer is a solid no.

Hey look on the bright side, at least you guys still have the option to get your brain swabbed every week if you don't want to be vaccinated. Many nations haven't given their slaves that luxury. Of course I'm joking... I'm just glad you guys are starting to get pissed because the tyranny has arrived at your front door.

Most companies are changing their minds about that option.

You do have to quarantine at home for 10 days then get swabbed and if you're clear you can go back to the office. It's 14 days for something else I can't remember.

Almost no one wants to go back to the office at all

Oh that would be really nice...... IF THE VACCINES WORKED!

Let us all know when there is an actual vaccine that causes real immunization from Covid.
