Since they are limiting people to buying only 100$ an hour Its hard to sell when you can only buy back 100 buck an hour

No . And when you do cash out the creator coins you convert it to the RLY token. And you have to pass the KYC verification to Bridge out and send RLY to your wallet

I send it to my CB wallet
