Capital Cop Who Shot Ashli Babbitt Jan 6 To Reveal Identity On NBC's Lester Holt Tomorrow Night

Tomorrow night the capitol police officer who shot Military Veteran Ashley Babbitt will be doing a tell all interview with NBC's Lester Holt. The Officer is expected to reveal motive and reasoning, as well as talk about enduring the aftermath of the Jan 6 Capitol riots.

What do you think? Why would this officer go on television? Wouldn't you think his superiors and lawyers would advise against such a thing? Do you think he is worried about public opinion?

Money!! It's gotta be money. Maybe he has written a book about it, or he wants some of the royalties from a TV Movie being made, or something along those lines. He want's his fifteen minutes of fame.

Have you watched the video? There were cops w/in inches of her just standing around doing NOTHING.....obviously, they felt no threat from her.

It might be he knows his name will get out there eventually and wants to get ahead of that happening by speaking about the incident from his perspective.

As I said in the previous topic, there were many officers on scene who deserve to be investigated and disciplined for their unprofessional and reckless conduct that put Congress officials in danger. Of course there are certain parties who are somehow convinced that all Babbitt and her friends wanted to do was politely request a couple selfies with their esteemed representatives and get directions to the bathroom, they were just so excited about meeting political celebrities in our nation's capitol they couldn't be bothered asking before entering.

Nobody in Congress was ever in danger. And even the FBI is unable to prove that. Not one person has been charge with anything that shows anyone was in any danger.

Wow...with your point of view, the cops in any area that had riots should have just mowed them all down I guess. I mean those folks were burning places down, throwing bricks/molotov cocktails at and actually shooting others. Should we go ahead and nuke Chicago?

It will be a completely scripted narrative and all about how scared he was at a crazy insurrection.

Why wasn't she arrested? Was she throwing bottles of urine or batteries at officers? Was she trying to blind them with lasers? Was she occupying property that didn't belong to her? Are you saying that the next time a riot happens in Portland they should be able to shoot those people?

She wasn't even in a position to harm anybody, they were literally delivering her into officer custody by pushing her through the window.

We already know who he is, his face and name is plastered all over the dark web.

Obviously what I stated previously stands. If one officer was justified in his response then every officer who failed to do their duty between the point she entered the building and the point she got shot deserves to be investigated and disciplined. He would never have fired his weapon if the others had done their jobs. Tragic, but ultimately a symptom of a much bigger problem that hasn't been adequately examined. On that point, I agree with you.
