Pentagon orders ALL active military to get the vaccine as soon as possible: 800,000 service members still haven't gotten a shot and could face court martial if they don't.

Most likely not as any UCMJ actions means the service member is taken off of an "active duty" status during a court martial. We would literally shoot ourselves in the foot doing something this stupid.

Also expect recruiting numbers to drop to historical lows. I can see more and more attorneys getting nice fat lawsuits on military recruiters making the false statement, "You will not have to get a vaccine in order to enlist or once you are enlisted"

This is not going to end well.

EDIT: The fact that this is being mandated shows how deep the evil rot cancer is inside of our country. Just so everyone is aware "The Pentagon" does not in anyway represent the rank and file military of the United States. "The Pentagon" is the equivalent of the dirtiest most vile politicians of stair climbing, ass kissing, most worthless "soldiers" who have ass-kissed their way up over the years to sell out their fellow soldiers. They are comprised of the most condescending, arrogant, holier-than-thou assholes you will ever meet.

Being a former military member I have met my fair share of high ranking "officers" whom I wouldn't trust to watch my back in a fire fight let alone make decisions based purely on political gain. They are trash.

But the numbers of institutions that are this #ing stupid all at the same time is astounding.

Inoculate the entire military with a drug you have no idea what long term problems may occur.

Perhaps this is how we become overtaken by China. They force Joe to do this, the vaccines have serious long term bad things, and the entire military is screwed. What happens then? Biden drools in the corner with his applesauce while we all start to learn mandarin.

This statement is what galls me ^^^. They speak as if this is just like all other vaccines. It is not.

But, the constant cacophony using the word, vaccine, interchangeably with this type of injection is downright phony, imo. (I heard that some dictionary recently changed the meaning of "vaccine" to include this mRNA method, however...how conveeeenient.)

How dare they belittle one's personal decision to forego something so iffy for the time being. After about 5 or 6 years of proven safety and efficacy, this mandate wouldn't be so horrific, but under the current situation, it's unconscionable to require young healthy vibrant men and women take this experimental inoculation.

When you sign up for the military, you're giving up your right to choice. I left because I understood that and didn't like it. Now, they're trying to do the same thing to me with this vaccine, and I know for a fact I didn't sign my rights away this time. I learned a lot in the service, and one thing was how to be aware. Maybe I'm too aware to be a blind follower. Another weird "coincidence" is that I haven't had the flu since I left and was not required to take annual flu shots. 10+ years, now.

Active Duty people have a conundrum to face, reduction of rank, office hours, NJP, etc.

Reservists/National Guardsmen don’t rely on a two day weekend paycheck, they usually have a civilian job that pays much better. I know several National Guardsmen that would walk away from the guard to avoid the jab. The pay and pain in the arse of civilian job schedule conflicts really aren’t worth it anyways.

They had quite a few CMs during the late 90's anthrax fiasco. They CM'd a doctor at Keesler when I was there. Found him guilty of disobeying a lawful order.

Crap of it was...it wasn't a lawful order. Anthrax wasn't approved for inhalation anthrax, thus requiring consent (like C19 when it was EUA). Bush later turned off the program program for a while for that reason...it couldn't legally be ordered.

The timing of mandating the C19 vaccine and full FDA approval of the Pfizer vaccine is not a coincidence. DoD learned its lesson with anthrax.

Another reason there will be court martials for refusals is the highly politicized nature of the vaccines. You can bet the SJW 4 stars will gladly burn in effigy some refusers by way of court martial.

Give it 2-3 months after the mandatory date. It takes time to prefer charges and run the Article 32 hearing that says there is enough juice to go to CM. Yeah bodies will hit the floor for refusing the vaccine. Count on it.

The funny thing about the U.S. military? Is that all "members", are "volunteers". None of them have to be there. (Try a draft now days,...run that up the flagpole, see how she flies.)
Every military member "signs" a "contract" to basically give up being a "citizen" to become a "subject". Which would be fine, if the "leaders" where, of the people, by the people.. "Oath" and blah, blah blah.... Etc.

Just like you, "volunteer" to "wave" any "Constitutional rights" when you "voluntarily file", your State and Fed "Tax Return", "under penalty of perjury". Basically it's just you, "signing a contract" waving your 5th. amendment right, so you can be a witness against yourself. It's very "legal", because you "volunteer". You merely hope and wish for the best, that you didn't "commit purgery". Because if you did? You already "confessed" to it. .... Because not signing the "confession form"? Is against the "law" and is a "crime". Even though (by law), "income" is, "profit and gain, not earning" (wages)

It is all very "legal" and stuff....

Reservists/State Guard, make up at the least 30% of the U.S. Army ("Field force" in total). Most likely, more. That was the low estimate in the 90's.
Reserve and Guard uniforms say, "US Army".

Fed troops can get "Federal" UCMJ'ed. But each "State" has its own "Courts Martial" code, for its own Troopers/Soldiers. It is a double whammy for Guardsmen, along with a Federal UCMJ.

Whether the/a State, prosecutes? Probably not.

National Guard falls under State not Fed, thanks for correcting me.

I think the double whammy only applies if the Guardsman is under title 10 orders which is the same as AD when on orders for a Deployment.

The Reserves is a Title 10 Fed. Different than Guard.

There is a group who help people in the Military, I wonder what their thoughts are on this Mandate.

In the Gaurd/s, The military "law" and U.S. Army "standard", is the standard and "military law".
There is this, hee haw attitude, they're not "title 10",..."They're not in The Army", BS. ... But? They are "contract Soldiers".

Guardsmen can be UCMJ'ed as "civilians" if enough "crime" is done, or you're just to much of a, one man Army in/with, political think. ... . Because you're not holding up your "contract". Commit a crime in uniform? The Billboard says "U.S.Army" not "California Guard". It can be a U.C.M.J., or as a Guard/State Militia, under a State "Courts Martial Code". ..

Guard Troopers don't get to play Soldier, easy. Contrary to popular belief.

I just feel sorry for any of the soldiers who suffer side effects, and there will be many who will have to try and get VA disability after getting out.

They will have to "prove" that the vaccine caused their illness, disease, or any other side effect.


What a freaking nightmare that will be.

Not at first some bases don't have the refrigeration required for Pfizer so they only have moderna or J&J and since those are not FDA approved they cannot mandate it.

I asked if I get the shot and suffer debilitating side effects, what are my options since I cant sue the manufacturer.

I was told expect to be denied compensation, marginalized and otherwise ignored like the folks that suffered from Agent Orange exposure.

This may be moot if a great awakening happens before the mandate. If we are watching a movie as per Q, maybe this is just another example of showing the public what a socialist state looks like.
Milley will soon be gone or will go with the other sleeves.
