Sacred Tattoos or Rune Tattoos

Well, in the Book of Enoch there is a story about the disobedient host of heaven that disobeyed the Lord. Link And they were imprisoned for 10,000 years. Another link..

Plus if you add the story of Satan and how he led a rebellion of 1/3 of the angels against God then I would say this God had other things to do and left the Earth to the care of Lucifer and his angels, Then when the rebellion happened a number fallen and really nasty angels got permanently sent to hell to wait out those 10,000 years. I think that is old Gods that you are referring to.

Elohim as a tern has 2 meanings. Singular you are talking about the God of Israel. Plural it can mean any powerful ruling person or member of the heavenly host. It can also be a group of elohim as well.

And I don't mean as in a plural as in a singular? I thought an Elohim never incarnated as a human and what does it mean for us humans if one was found?

Usually it would mean you have encountered a higher being. Angel, saint, god or the God, or demons/fallen angels. Also I think that certain mythological creatures like gnomes, fairies, Bigfeet, and etc if they existed would also be classified as plural Elohim as well.

Btw now you can add 1 to your total. : )

Well, if you are referring to Elder or Younger Futhark runes, a tattoo is especially powerful, since both the Havamal and a few of the sagas are quite explicit that the runes must be carved and then "colored" (activated) by blood.

I do think that thus would apply to any sacred symbol that had its roots in a tradition that used carving and blood.

I agree with Serdgiam that the placement is not that important.
But, be very sure.
It's a powerful process. And a statement of commitment.

Any good suggestions on what I should get?

I've also been thinking about getting some Egyptian and Greek stuff too, let's just say I had a brush with things from different cultures and mythos.

Before I start, it's your choice what you do and like. I only write this as a good advice, not to bash or hate on you.

Let's, for a second pretend everything you read about sacred tattoo or marks and scars is true. With all the mystic stories and tales and what not else.. it's serious and true.

You really think it's then a good idea to ask around on and internet board "what should I get"? Do you think something sacred like this can be bought like in a showroom or chosen from a tattoo-ist book?

It's a bit like the difference between eating sacred / magic mushroom for spiritual journey or tripping in Vegas. Consider wise and question your own motives, do you feel ready?

Actually it's interesting I asked my psyche and higher state of ideal self to hint at me via conscious imaging and what I should get, so I got the first one now and when I asked what next one to get it repeatedly for the past 2 days has been putting signs in front of me both during the lucid dream state, in the real world too and constant image display. So I will be getting a 2nd one soon as well, the process for the first one was really interesting as well! I basically tried to enter a trance-like state and they started it at 6:30pm and before I knew it the time was 11:30pm and they were done it happened in the blink of an eye.

The tattooist kept saying I kept quietly mumbling perseverance, prosperity and protection/blessing, she did this beautiful Japanese Koi Fish that swims upstream and it turned out really really well. It was a tattoo artist that I was referred to by a friend and it was surprising to see her do a very nice traditional Japanese tattoo as usually her style leans towards modern things instead.

So I'm definitely happy with how the first one turned out and the meaning/representation behind it!
