Therefor condoms are not an effective HIV vaccine. 2/3 of cases in Africa is still ignoring the breastmilk infection route and infection during birth.
If effective means smaller than 2/3 for you then I can accept that though, doesn't make your claim true.
The reality is that a huge percentage of today's hiv cases could have been avoided by the use of condoms decades ago.
Tell that to a HIV infected that will die the same death as your friend, that didn't got it from sex. Tell them in their face that a condom is the vaccination we had for so long and blame them on not using one.

They might just change that to the real reason now, mRNA vaccines not being tested for long term side effects.
