They call it a private/government organization, but that is only because it falls under the legal control/jurisdiction of the Department of Health. The same can be said about the FED and Treasury, but the FED is a private corporation so I suspect the CDC is as well.

The CDC is a charitable organization. It receive DONATIONS from the likes of the Bill Gates Foundation and the Bloomberg Foundation and of course some govt funding. Everything it pushes is literally paid propaganda and congress gave it some type of legitimacy, but really, it holds zero authority.

You're thinking of the CDC Foundation, which is a private non-profit organization originally created by Congress. It is separate from the CDC proper, which is a Federal agency under the HHS umbrella.
