It is strange comparing the two cases. Franken had some pictures of inappropriate actions while Cuomo has video of inappropriate comments and actions so there was undeniable proof of poor behavior in both cases and each guy had multiple accusers

I don't think there is much difference in the cultural climate from then to now for this type of behavior so what is the difference? At least from my standpoint I don't think there is much gray area in situations like this , you either did it or not and the proof shows Cuomo acted inappropriately. Is Cuomo just that much more stubborn when confronted by peer pressure?

What Al Franken did, pretend to grope a sleeping collogue while mugging for a camera, on a USO tour flight, was dumb, but not too different from the kind of USO entertainment done from a USO stage, or in a skit on SNL.
