Oh also the fact that people are voting to Impeach Bush proves that the people voting are not very informed...
Article II: Section 4 states that:
The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of,
treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
Well as you can see this is far from anything Bush has done.
He has not commited treason
Article III: Section 3
Treason against the United States, shall consist
only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and
comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
He has not commited in office, any High Crimes nor Misdemeanors...
So he can NOT be impeached.
I love how ignorant most Americans are of their own Government.
I also love the ignorance of foriegners.
You can NOT vote a President out of office, you either re-elect him or you do not.
