Actual footage of a time traveler?

I don’t know how to imbed a video. Someone can help me out? The following video shows a Mike Tyson fight from 1995 and a person in the crowd clearly filming with a smart phone.

Explain this to me please.

To embed a YouTube video:

1. Take the URL of the video you want to embed, and copy the random letter & number string at the end of the link, for example, the full URL of the video you posted is www.youtube.com... You are after the identifying string of the video, which in this case www.youtube.com...0UmUdZfLNBI.

2. Click on the "YouTube" icon in the tool bar above the post window; it should be the second icon on the right.

3. Paste in the video ID string, again in your case it was 0UmUdZfLNBI.

4. Click OK.

5. Profit.

It's not a smart phone. it's a Logitech Fotoman Camera manufactured from 1990.

The "light" looks like a reflection of another light source.

Not sure about the rest of it.

While a great candidate, the lights don't line up with the configuration in the vid. Could be something similar though.

I think the footage is doctored.

Check out, in the still shot from BigBurg's link, the spectator sitting one row back above the alleged camera man's left shoulder. The outline of his chin looks really screwy, like the lighting above and below it are completely different. He looks like a bobble head.

To me, it looks like an artifact of different lighting conditions between the real footage and the footage of the camera man spliced into it.

It's either a deep fake, or one of the old variants of 90s camera toys others have mentioned.

I do believe it is a camera, because it does the lights on and use the flash when it takes a picture.

In the late 1980's, I had an uncle who would keep his home cordless phone with him wherever he went. In various places, he'd suddenly start talking to somebody on it.

Out of all the candidates, this definitely looks the closest. Only question I have is the light source. The model you posted seems to have a speaker or microphone where the light is coming from in the Tyson video.

It used to crack me up watching people using their flashes (exhausting their batteries faster) at large sporting events. If the flash doesn't illuminate the subject, it does nothing.
