That is NOT what happened. Judges dismissed cases because of lack of evidence. This is much different that not looking at evidence.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) â The retired conservative Wisconsin Supreme Court justice leading a Republican-ordered investigation into the 2020 presidential election released a video Monday threatening to subpoena election officials who donât comply and saying the intent was not to overturn President Joe Bidenâs narrow victory in the battleground state.
The unusual six-minute video from Michael Gableman comes after election clerks were confused by an email his office sent last week that was flagged in at multiple counties as junk, a possible security risk and not forwarded to municipal clerks as he wanted.
Gableman said Monday that if the stateâs 1,900-plus municipal and county election officials did not cooperate with his investigation, he would âcompelâ them to comply. Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos has said he would sign subpoenas requested by Gableman as part of the investigation. Vos hired Gableman at a cost of nearly $680,000 in taxpayer money to conduct the investigation.

Wisconsin state House Speaker Robin Vos (R) signed off on the first subpoenas in an election audit in the state, the latest sign the controversial review of the 2020 race is escalating.
Vos put out a statement Friday morning saying that the subpoenas were being filed as part of the GOP-led investigation being helmed by former state Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, who had previously visited the site of the Arizona election audit. Gableman had already warned he could issue subpoenas to election officials who refuse to comply with his requests for information.
âEnsuring the 2020 election was conducted fairly and legally is critically important to maintaining faith in our election system,â Vos said. âJustice Gableman is dedicated to finding the truth and has determined subpoenas are necessary to move forward in his investigation. Assembly Republicans will continue to work with Justice Gableman to ensure confidence is fully restored in our elections.â

YORKVILLE â The Racine County Sheriffâs Office confirmed Wednesday that it has been investigating the 2020 elections in Racine County and across Wisconsin and has called a Thursday morning news conference on the matter.
Little information about the RCSOâs investigation has been released. A Wednesday notice, which was also posted on Facebook and with the headline âSheriff to announce proof of state-wide election law violationsâ says a news conference will be held Thursday, Oct. 28, detailing the allegations.
Within 45 minutes, the Facebook post had more than 70 shares, with commenters speculating about what may be entailed.
No further details about Schmaling's investigation have been released. The release did not say which election or elections it has been investigating. The Journal Times has reached out to the sheriff for more information.
After the press conference, "Sheriff Schmaling and the lead investigator will be available to answer questions and provide documentation," the release said.
Recounts and a Republican-ordered audit in Wisconsin confirmed that Joe Biden defeated Donald Trump by a margin of more than 20,000 votes in the 2020 presidential election.

Project the 7% illegal ballot statistic across the full 3.2 million votes cast in Wisconsin, and you have 224,000 illegal ballots, based on "partial signatures" alone.
Including all those illegal ballots, Joe Biden beat President Trump by about 20,600 votes. (.006%)

How many of those NON-legal ballots were cast for Joe Biden and how many for Donald Trump?
That is what investigators continue to get to the bottom of in Wisconsin...and several other states.
Just because a given election is deemed to be "largely safe and secure" doesn't mean squat, when the margins of victory/loss are small.

Remember, the recently completed Bi-Partisan audit found +7% of received paper ballots were not legal, due to "signature issues" alone.

The Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) knowingly and intentionally violated the Stateâs election laws and instructed subordinate election officials to do the same, according to the Racine County Sheriff, Christopher Schmaling.
In a shocking press conference on Thursday, law enforcement officials from the Racine County Sheriffâs Office laid out their case of election fraud in Racine during the 2020 election.
The investigation focused on abuse of voters confined to nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Investigators discovered that Wisconsin Election Officials expressly discussed that their proposed conduct for the 2020 election would violate state law, and yet they decided to do it anyway.
They memorialized their decision in a letter they wrote and disseminated to every single county clerkâs office in Wisconsin.
Sheriff Schamling stated that officials indicated that they âneeded the flexibility to violate the law,â and that they needed to âinstruct county clerks to break the law.â
Despite the blatant absurdity of the statements, the express illegality of their activities, and the fact that they were all being recorded on their Zoom meeting, election officials went ahead and violated the law anyway.

I think the most telling thing about the whole election debacle is the phrase that has been used to the point of cliche: Free and Fair Election.
The whole point of the election process is that there be a legal accountability to it. Funny how legal isnât mentioned in that âFree and Fairâ mantra.

The head of the state elections agency says she will not step down from her role, despite a call from at least one prominent Wisconsin Republican leader for her to do so and sharp criticism from others.
Wisconsin Elections Commission administrator Meagan Wolfe told reporters Monday afternoon she believes last weekâs call for her resignation from Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, R-Rochester, and previous criticism from other GOP leaders, is "partisan politics at its worst."
Vos called for Wolfe to step down from her role Thursday after the Racine County sheriff held a press conference outlining concerns with 2020 election administration related to nursing homes in his community.
"Clearly there is a severe mismanagement of (the Wisconsin Elections Commission), and a new administrator is needed," Vos said in a prepared statement at the time. "I am calling for the resignation of Meagan Wolfe as Elections Commission Administrator."
Senate Majority Leader Devin LeMahieu, R-Oostburg, has also been critical of Wolfe and the elections commission in recent weeks. Late last month, LeMahieu said the findings of a nonpartisan 2020 election audit showed "documented failures of the current (elections commission) administration and staff."
