U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) were ordered to start arresting visitors and staff who refuse to wear a mask on the House side of the Capitol complex starting Thursday, according to a police memo issued by new USCP Chief Thomas Manger that was obtained by a member of Congress.
Police were also advised not to arrest members of Congress for failing to wear masks but to report the lawmakers' noncompliance to the House sergeant-at-arms, the memo says.
Rep. Kat Cammack, R-Fla., got a copy of the memo distributed at Thursday's morning roll call from an unnamed police officer, she told Fox News. Police she's spoken to are "very uncomfortable" with this new directive that Cammack describes as "tyrannical."

Does pelosi have the authority to have anyone arrested?

Well, she was too busy trying to bust Republican congressmen and workers to put extra security on during the seige back in January. It is her delusion that leads to things going wrong everywhere, she does not use wisdom to judge things, she uses her own opinion to evaluate what is important, and she is not all there anymore. I don't mind when people's minds start to weaken when they get old, but having them doing important jobs that effect others lives and livelyhood is not good. She should have retired six years ago..
But Pelosi's office said she did not order police to begin arresting people because it's not within her power.

From the story:
But Pelosi's office said she did not order police to begin arresting people because it's not within her power.
Apparently, it was the new chief of captiol police who wrote up the memo, and the arrest would be for trespassing if someone is asked to leave and they do not...just like anywhere else that this would occur in the entire nation.
It's not the thing that it's being portrayed as being, it doesn't seem...and I hate Nancy Pelosi, so it's hard for me to say that lol

Nancy Pelosi is the boss of the Capitol police. She is responsible for all they do, including their cold-blooded murder of 2020-Election protestor Ashli Babbitt, on Jan 6th of this year.
She isn't, the Capitol Police have a Chief of Police who is the 'boss'. The organization itself falls under the jurisdiction of multiple Congressional Committees. It is also governed by the Capitol Police Board which is run by the Architect of the Capitol, and the Sergeants at Arms for both the Senate and House.
Try looking things up.
