Uploading images and posting are we in the early 2000's?

I have spent nearly an hour just trying to upload a image? Am I doing it wrong? I kinda think not seems like bad code but what do I know?

Anyone else experience this frustrating ridiculousness? Is it because I use Firefox? Is it cause there is a limit to how much you can upload? Or is is lazy code?

I use habit browser on mobile usually. Works fine in both Firefox and chrome as well though. Are you on a home network or a mobile network? I find it times out a lot using on mobile data. Are you connecting through https? ATS has this now.

I do an upload and it does it then I never see it kind of fun!

Oh...there is a limit to the file size I'm pretty sure. I'm not sure exactly what, but if you upload an image and it doesn't appear, try making the file smaller. I know my old phone, the camera was crappy enough the pics would upload here, with my new phone I have to reduce the resolution if I wanna upload here.

I'm on FF. No probs here. Helps if you've got 2 tabs of ATS.

Hmmm, ATS lets you browse images locally. Some more 'modern' forums i've tried to post images on immediately take me to the camera with no option to browse local storage...needless to say, # that #.

I can't do images on my phone anymore. I have to go to a computer, and yes we're using early 2000's forum technology.

I'm not complaining. It's free without ads getting in the way. And they aren't monetizing my personal information

I often have trouble getting the uploads page to work.

I couldnt upload georgia guidestone images today and other images yesterday.

This may or may not be relevant.... but did you read the instructions for uploading a graphic? It's pretty straight forward.. Even for those of us that are below-average (like me) or above-average (like you).

And if I may interject here something strange which is the other day (prior to your posting up this thread), you made up a thread and posted a picture on it. OMG! 8-Bit Freaks GO DO GOOGLE DOODLE NOW! Olympics 2020 Wait what???. Now that's just kind of weird now... know what I mean?

I have had trouble trying to upload .JPEG

But it works if change the file type to .JPG

just remove the E and it works.

Also has to be under 2MB

Bad code that affects some browsers. In Opera GX browser i cant upload or get the links for the items that i have uploaded. I have to use a different browser for that. I have no issues on any other site.

Edit: The system is also archaic, having to first upload a image to the board and then get a link from there. Muh like how ATS's search engine is still as broken as it was more than 20 years ago.
