Tax dollars? I just got the statement from my insurance company. They paid for my vaccine. Interesting.

In the US the vaccine is funded by tax dollars right now. The insurance charge will cover the provider fee, if any. The provider is not allowed to charge the patient for any balance remaining after they get the insurance disbursement.

It cost you personally £3 to have the vaccine administered. That dose of vaccine did NOT cost £3 to make, nor for the government to acquire. Even your super-bestest brand of socialized medicine can't change the financial realities of producing medicine.

The astrazenica/Oxford vaccine is being distributed at cost price for the duration of the pandemic.

Profit will only be made on the vaccine once covid 19 is deemed no longer a pandemic.

I can't comment on the cost of delivering the vaccines so I should have pointed.out that the cost I stated was the cost of the vaccine only and not the associated costs.

Profit on each dose of vaccine is irrelevant to my point.

If you think about it too much it would be hard to continue waving the pom-poms. It's best you avoid thinking about it, you might actually begin to believe COVID is only a mild respiratory illness with limited mortality in well-defined risk groups.

We can't have that.

Profit is entity relavant.

You told me I was wrong about the cost of the astrazenica vaccinations.

Without a profit and given that the vaccine was developed at Oxford university the cost price it's distributed at is under £3 per shot.

The US made vaccines are a lot more expensive because they are made by American companies and capitalism is king.

It's not my decision to decide what covid 19 is, I'm just a simpleton.

I leave that kind of decision making to the elite folks like you.

You were wrong though, your cost is not the cost of the vaccine. It's your cost to have it put in your arm. Profits don't change who is paying for something. I already clarified how it works in the US and presumably you already knew your healthcare is taxpayer funded in the UK.

Why stop at 3? Wait wasn't that the mask thing too?

The doctor that invented it said that as it wears off it leaves you with a weakened compromised immune system that will require more vaccine to maintain.

Guys, don’t take this and if you get sick take medicine.

How much pharmaceutical stock is owned by politicians? I'm sure the answer to this would raise questions.
