The cases of myocarditis and pericarditis – or swelling of the heart muscle and lining – have mostly arisen in males between 20 and 30 years old who recently received their second doses of vaccine, Dr. Robert Strang, the province’s chief medical officer of health, told reporters on Friday. It’s not clear what causes these conditions or if they are directly related to the vaccines, he said, adding that the events are rare and have been recorded across the globe.
At end of the second week of June, more than 1,200 cases of myocarditis or pericarditis have been reported to the US Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.

The unfortunate part is that heart and cardiovascular issues go rather unnoticed or just brushed aside until a big ugly symptom comes and then it's almost too late at that point. Kind of like hypertension. How many young people with these vaccines are all walking around with potential heart conditions right now?

I think it depends on the condition. In Israel they reported 275 cases out of 7 million and said they were minor and treated with anti inflammatory, so I would bet it comes down to what caused the condition and if what caused it i.e. lifestyle i.e. fat...Then yes a life style change is needed.

In male teens and those in their early twenties, the heart problem increases ten fold. In older men the increase is only double, so older people still get this increase, but since their risk is already higher, it only equates to double. The agencies regulating the vaccine consider just double not something they are concerned about I guess, but the ten fold is concerning.
In this cohort study including 100 patients recently recovered from COVID-19 identified from a COVID-19 test center, cardiac magnetic resonance imaging revealed cardiac involvement in 78 patients (78%) and ongoing myocardial inflammation in 60 patients (60%), which was independent of preexisting conditions, severity and overall course of the acute illness, and the time from the original diagnosis.
Of the 100 patients recently recovered from COVID-19, 67 (67%) recovered at home, while 33 (33%) required hospitalization.
