Is there a conspiracy to make people more accepting of looser morals?

I don't understand why people don't see what is going on. Maybe I am totally insane.

What caused the loosening of morals in the world? In my opinion, this is an orchestrated scheme to gradually glamorize debauchery and desensitize people from culture shock. It starts with a drip and pretty soon your kitchen is flooded and you don't see where the darn water is coming from.

The easiest example I can think of is the music. Rappers glamorize being a stripper, single mother, being all about money, selling drugs, committing crime. People say it doesn't really affect them when they listen to rap music, but look at the burgeoning culture it has created. They put these people on a pedestal and show them with mansions, diamonds, expensive stuff. Yes I am saying that hip/hop and rap music was created to cause problems for young black people. On purpose. Now it causes problems for everyone. Jay-Z refers to himself as Jehovah. Kanye refers to himself as Yeezus.

Video games. You are inside all day long and video games cause many many problems. Sit around and snack while you play. Drink tons of soda. Most games are sedentary already. There is sex and violence everywhere in some games. There are many layers to the video game scheme it is really insidious.

Television. Everyone they put on is there for a purpose. Might not realize it when you're watching, but later on, the agendas get revealed and you accept it because you feel like somehow you have a connection with these people because they have made you laugh, cry, whatever. You love their movies. Whatever. It's all part of the same thing. To push society further and further toward a breaking point where everything is acceptable. If you don't think these people have private lives and live private lies, I cannot help you. Not everyone in this world is good. There are very bad people out there and they exist in Hollywood at least at the same rate they exist in regularwood. Narcissists can fool most people until a defining moment in which they experience an injury. Only when a narcissistic injury is experienced does their true self come out. Celebrities are by definition narcissists. Look at me! And people allow the television to raise their children in some instances. Some kids literally watch television for hours a day.

These things create society. They shape our culture. Look at what they are pushing on people. Teen mom glamorizes teen moms! It makes it acceptable and normal and maybe even cool to be a teen mom! Real housewives glamorizes drinking all day and fighting with everyone. Reality TV has "made cool" or acceptable so many things that would have prior been reviled by society. Reality TV creates a consciousness in people that wants to be seen. Thus social media flourishes because there, everyone is important in their own mind. The star of their own reality show. The war for attention intensifies because on the internet, there is everything. There are many fake things. Some very weak minded people post more and more inappropriate pictures because the ease of finding porn and the extremes some people go to in editing their pictures creates the feeling you must do more and more to compete for attention with everyone else. If you are weak minded, it creates the feeling that you, yourself are somehow not good enough because you don't look like that dude who spent 45 minutes photoshopping abs on his picture. Or whatever.

Some girls WANT to be called the B word. They take pride in it.

They have to get you into this mindset and limit your worldview early when you are impressionable otherwise they won't be able to get you. This is why so much of this programming is geared towards teens and kids. A lot of kid's shows and movies nowadays portray the parents as some bumbling idiots who have no idea what is going on. This subconsciously teaches kids to disrespect their parents. Kids are getting cell phones at younger and younger ages which is exposing them to all sorts of things that can distort their thinking and affect them negatively.

This is just my opinion on where we are and where gen Z is heading. Is it a good thing that now we are more accepting of things that in previous generations would be considered morally repugnant? Is all of this advancing society? I think this is by design and on purpose, whatever the intent.

I think the rappers are singing about certain actions that are happening in society; telling (we the people) what is happening; and to be aware; (not promoting).

They want us to be informed; about certain circumstances in society that happen; rapping about them is not promoting them; the purpose is to bring about awareness.

Yes- it's part of the destruction of the nuclear family.

Together, people are strong- there's no stronger bond than good family. Families can grow wealth together- they can work hard as a team and overcome obstacles that individuals have no chance of fighting. They can rely on eachother to get through hard times. Husbands and wives and work together to overcome life problems and really make something together.
Therefore, family needs to be destroyed.
Families must be torn apart, couples must be turned against each other, and ruin each other financially for years to come in a hate filled state involved argument.

Children are to hate their parents and run away from home, into the arms of the state by the age of 15.

They're encouraged to have intercourse with strangers (including licking buttholes? when did that become a thing, and why hasn't it gone away yet?)

Take drugs to forget your problems- it's easier than solving them.

Destroy property- property is for people who own things.

Above all, hate white people because they're white.

You can pick any generation in history and there will be complaints about morality and how society is doomed if we don't stop being 'immoral'.

It's interesting. There will always be handwringing. I just feel extremely out of place with my views and everything I see going on around me.

Live and let live.

If God allegedly wiping out Sodom and Gomorrah didn't stop anything neither are you or anyone else. If people aren't doing anything that hurts anyone else and it's all consensual then why worry.

The tools of influence have changed. Earlier it was just schools and books. Later radio and TV, today internet, tomorrow, mind-net.

This is all so true! It is disgusting. I wonder if some of it is the schools because I didn't really have a lot of this "progressive" messaging in my school but I am not sure what it is like now. If it is being reinforced everywhere, how do people even combat it?

Damn long-haired Hippee's. They'll be the death of us all. No morals and no scruples.

Is it a gray area whether it is hurting someone when a teen girl thinks it is cool to have a baby and then all sorts of problems come up. Or single moms and deadbeat dads. I mean this stuff has some effect on the kids at least. I would never say someone couldn't or shouldn't do something they want to do, but I just question why you would want to do some of these things that seem so detrimental to me. People are free to make their own bad choices though. Or less than ideal ones.

Are they your kids? If not then it's none of your business. Your morals are not other people's morals and the more you try to make them yours the more frustrated and intrusive you become.

Back in the centuries, it was normal to be married in teenage years, get pregnant and then live until a few years later. Maybe not even reaching 35.

The life expectation of us has risen sharply since then but puberty stayed around the same age.

Is it conspiracy or fact ?
Either way , that has been going on for most of the time.
Just really taking hold in these days .

Not trying to make other people live by my morals. I just don't understand why anyone would choose that for themselves. But anyone can do whatever they want. I dont think it is intrusive to ask a question about whether or not certain situations are more detrimental to society as a whole. The whole cycle of single mom having a daughter who becomes a single mom. There have been studies that show children do much better when they have a male and female parent rather than just a female parent. Oh heck no. My kids are too young and won't be exposed to this stuff until they are able to make their own mind up about stuff.

What do Olive Oyl, Betty Boop and Blondie have in common other than being old comic strip characters? They were all flappers.

Blondie is the only one that grew up when marriage and children gave her responsibilities. Dagwood was a child of high society and his parents found Blondie so beneath him and them, that they disowned him. For her part, Blondie only went out with him when she couldn’t hook up with anyone else. A sordid little comic if you read it from the beginning. And one of the few where the characters actually aged and grew like real people...until middle age that is.
