Looks like a Electrolysis machine like I use for cleaning off coins I found with my metal detector.
I know they use them in China to clean water sometimes.

Holy SHEET that lot of fat and boiled meat.. prob taste good buttt nahhh

Wild guess but an immersion cleaner that works on vibrations. Since the subtitles pick up the word cleaner. And I have seen a smaller version as a portable washing machine for RV camping to be used with a five gallon bucket.

Otherwise the removable heating element to an electric rice steamer is my guess.

Can't say that I've ever seen anything quite like that before. Maybe some kind of an immersion briner or marinating pump maybe? It's got holes in the sides of it, so it must circulate something.

I also thought it could be a sort of electrolysis machine but never saw someone using it for food !

Why ?

I'm not sure I want to be eating food that has to be run through an electrolysis process first!

Oh, you know what it might be...it might be some kind of an submersible ultrasonic device for breaking down the connective tissue in the meat. I'll bet that's what it is...like a meat tenderizer.

This would explain why he said cleaner.

It could be ultrasonic ? Like those for jewelry ?

We must solve this mystery !

I have no clue what that thing is. I'll stick to just par-boiling the pork first.

This is a Sous vide heating element.

I eyeballed similar ones.

I don't think it works with heat. The meat is still looks raw after using it.

I just can't find one similar on the web. Not even in Amazon.

Good question. If it does break down connective tissue, I want one.

On another note, someone tell that dude to stop eating. Criminy, he doesn’t even swallow before he shoves his face with more food.

Reminds me of the ‘Glutton’ from the movie ‘Seven’. One of these days, he’s going to pop.

Nope. Vibrations like the jewelry cleaner (which is what the RV model was) the heat being hot water.

The pork out of the bath seems raw but that the fat has been rendered to the surface and water. A light boil could do that. Put a pork tenderloin in a crockpot of water overnight, the fat will be rendered a bit. But at the two hour mark on low...not cooked but lightly rendered.

But Japan has all kinds of crazy gadgets. I had to explain to a Japanese lady once that all front loading washing machines in the US will have a see through door and thick gasket. Because she was unfamiliar with top loading washers, they seemed alien to her.

I could identify the machine eating, it is a garbage disposal. I can eat a lot of fish myself, but not a lot of any other meat

I checked too and did not find any similar ones. The ones I saw in store were smaller but similar style. A temp know on the main case and a telephone like recepticle to put the round heating element in. When I check pictures for sous vide heating element, the only ones I get are the ones that completely go into the pot and the control panel sticks out.

On second thought casing that stays on the counter is too big for it simply containing a button and a resting place for the heating element.

Well, can't win every time

Ultrasonic Ozone Multipurpose Food Washer :

Food washer? Really??

The dude boiled the fat…. Errrm pork twice!!

Somebody tell me a worse texture than boiled fat? 🤢 🤮

In the states, we call it ‘crispy pork belly’ for a reason….

Fried in oil (which technically is boiling) is pretty good. We call them pork rinds.

The meat was still red and raw after that process. The water was foamy but didn't look greasy.
