I'll add my 2 cents worth. It's to travel internationally and it looks like it's being used for those who travel internationally frequently #2 Japan
probably has the people and the mindset to pull this off much more effectively than TPTB could here in the US. #3 anything that limits travel is going
to limit business and economic growth #4 Its a feel-good measure but it won't stop "the spread" it might just drag it out longer and longer
