What I'm getting tired of is the idea that the only people remaining unvaccinated are the white Trump voters and Christians.

They've been pushing that angle for too long.

Where I am at, there is a larger urban black population that's unvaccinated than there is a rural white population that is unvaccinated although you'll find high numbers of reluctance in both communitites.

The message is that reluctance isn't a political issue, but they're making it one and that can only make it worse. No one wants to think people are pushing a new vaccine for purely political reasons rather than any real need for you to actually take the risk.

Donald Trump was always transparent to a fault, like my parents always chastised me for being.

Dr. Birx said the team was discussing bleach-based disinfectants as Covid-19 virus killers before the daily press briefing. President Trump mentioned that treatment in his non-medical way, and all hell broke loose in the media and on social media.

Apparently, Joe Biden's Surgeon General thinks Social Media posts about Covid-19 and the Covid-19 Vaccines are a health emergency..

U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy said Thursday that misinformation about the COVID-19 pandemic poses an “imminent and insidious threat to our nation’s health” and condemned the spread of what he called “common myths” by those refusing to be vaccinated.

“What we know from polls is that two-thirds of people who are not vaccinated either believe common myths about the COVID-19 vaccine, or think some of those myths might be true," Murthy explained, citing a recent Kaiser Family Foundation survey. “Myths like you can get COVID from the vaccine, which is absolutely not true!”

Question: Experts say the vaccine may not prevent infection with the virus, but it will greatly reduce the chance of serious illness or hospitalization. True?

Answer: False. First of all, this is a vaccine to protect against a virus that doesn’t exist. Second, the 3 major clinical trials of the vaccine were only designed to show the vaccine could protect against mild disease, such as a cough, or chills and fever.
