I'm trying to access a news story in my area. It was referenced in this site, www.bcvoice.com... but when I click the link, you just see a flash and then blank.
I cannot find any reference to the story elsewhere. I check all the local news sites, and none have the story. I find it very strange.
I just wondered why the page just goes blank after you see the story for a fraction of a second.

Both links seem to work fine for me. Maybe it's something with your browser. Do you have any plugins or anything?

Displayed perfectly fine for me.

I would:
1. Flush my cache.
2. Try s different browser.
3. Try s different connection of you can (e.g., use you cell phone data instead of you home internet connection).

Usually one of those works.

If you don't have more than one browser, you should. You can download any major browser without cost. You should have at least Brave, Opera and the Duckduckgo browser.

Thank you guys! I am using Brave, but I tried it in firefox and it worked!
I know it seems insignificant, but I have never had that happen to me with the wnbf website. It just seemed weird.

Brave has builtin ad blockers and JavaScript blockers. Likely it was blocking something on the page. Brave also is questionable in their motivations.

www.reddit.com...

I personally don't trust brave browser.

Thanks for that information. I don't know what to use. I was using firefox because I don't want to use microsoft browsers or google browsers. Then firefox decided to join a side, I forgot the message on my browser homepage, but it seemed like they definitely wanted to guide users' opinions. So I heard of brave, and gave it a go.
I'm getting quite tired of all this. Same with email. I don't want to use google, left youtube because of all the censorship and tracking and whatnot. I don't have social media. My email is yahoo, but I think that's not good either. I thought of going to protonmail, but not sure I should bother because it seems pointless to try to get away from all the other ones to find out the one you thought was a good one turns out not to be.
Sorry for my horrible grammar! I'm so annoyed!
But again, thank you for sharing that info.
