Fat isn't necessarily bad for you (it depends on the type) and it certainly isn't what makes you fat.
I don't disagree with you on that. Some of our most important vitamins require fat to useful to our bodies.
Having said that, for me, I found out the amount of fat that is naturally in our food, does not require the use of so much additional fat, especially
when it is not needed or beneficial.
I am not knocking anyone that likes super greasy food. I used additional fat because that was the way I was taught to cook. I am very pleased that I
have found a better way to cook.
As far as being fat goes. I have to blame bread and pasta for that problem. I don't blame my neighbor or my Brother for their weekly bake offs. Or my
Lebanese neighbor for his pasta dishes. My waste no want not motto may have just a little bit to do with it.
