Is your browser up to date?
Is JavaScript enabled?
No ad blockers?
No weird oddball browsers that need more babysitting than 27 five year old pyromaniacs at the Rosebud match factory?

Yes has continued on with a super brand new computer my Son gave me.
No add blockers
google nothing else old guy just knows basics.
Not sure what JavaScript is but it has continued with new computer.

Which browser are you using?
I had to give up Waterfox as it wasn't supporting features on some websites.

I also moves this to BBQ and updated the title to perhaps bring out more members YT icon compromised.

Google I don't like to learn new things that much or I would switch.

Not sure why the devs here don't just write/implement a script that automatically embeds Youtube links that are pasted in posts (without requiring users to insert code/tags)... heck it would likely only take me like 30 minutes to implement such a feature and would make this so much easier for the less technically inclined users.

Google is a search engine.

Browsers are what you open to use the computer, like FireFox, Opera, Microsoft Edge.

And even without the YT thing to click,, you could still insert the YT info here:

Take the space out before the first y

Very odd.

Any chance you have your account preferences on ATS set to mobile version instead of desktop?

I think that may be the problem. It could be that the page elements are not being refreshed when you visit ATS. It could be that the static elements of the forum are loading from the browser's cache. I assume that the tools and buttons are bbcode based and can sometimes become corrupt.

You can try going into your browser settings and clearing out the cache. Or, a quick and dirty way is to simply press CTRL and F5 together, which will force the browser to reload the entire page from scratch. Try it whilst you are in the editor mode of the forum... start preparing a new topic and hit the above key combination.

For the record, I see the YT button on my android phone in Chrome's desktop mode option.

Good luck!

That's great to hear!

As for the stars, I guess The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away...

LOL, only messing with you. Since DTOM moved your topic to Board Business and Questions, this particular forum doesn't have, want or need stars, just big wavy flags!
