I would not be surprised to learn there are rival factions with different backers struggling to exercise control. That might explain some of the flakiness in policy on display: one day one faction is on top and the next day another group is exercising influence.

Then there is the infamous picture of Dorsey meeting with MBS in New York in 2016 and had a good relationship with him.
Much of the stock is held in large investment funds so the stock may have more foreign ownership than domestic.

There is a lot there involving Twitter, spy recruitment by Saudia Arabia to track down and identify dissidents. Even after being informed by the FBI Dorsey still went to New York and met with MBS.
Also the enormous amount of share control and then once again a pesky charitable foundation, MISK FOUNDATION, that ended up having one of the spies taking over as CEO.
They are using the spies to clamp down on any dissent and T.wit can be a powerful tool. If they use that there, then what stops them from exercising control here?

YES, excellent point and probably why one side seemingly wants to remove the nuclear option from the presidency, among other Commander-in-chief roles...similar to a politburo.? They (one of the factions) may not boot out Biden using the 25th amendment, but they'll gradually remove presidential powers. Look for big FF events or even rhetorical clown theater threats that conveniently allow the deep state to lurk outta the shadows and invoke National Security policy changes which Uncle Joe, totally clueless, will blindly sign. The nuke option control seems to be a holy grail for some of these psychopaths in power.

Fusion GPS is losing the fight to keep its records secret.

In 2017, the owners of Alfa Bank (we’ll call them Alfa Bank for the purposes of this article) sued Fusion GPS and Glenn Simpson for their publication of false statements accusing Alfa Bank of “bribery, extortion, and interference in the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election.”

Fusion/Simpson have fought the production of the documents, arguing that they are subject to the “attorney-client privilege” and otherwise privileged and not subject to production.

These are weak legal arguments – and the attorneys for Alfa Bank recognize it. First, Fusion/Simpson previously admitted the purpose of their work was political, and not for the purposes of any ongoing litigation.

Alfa Bank further observes that Glenn Simpson has even testified that the purpose of his work was pure politics, saying his goal was to “to expose an opponent’s vulnerabilities, provide source material for the media, and feed attack ads.”

Second, even if these 500 documents were subject to the attorney-client privilege (and they most certainly are not), that privilege was waived when Simpson/Fusion leaked their research to third parties, including the media and government officials.

Call it "opposition research" and the hands of no foul go up. Call it "lies to smear someone" and the "boo's" come out followed by "well politics being politics."

Hey Rel, I saw that "Crow" post from Tore before I went to bed last night. Your dig connection post didn't even come to mind when I read it. So I'm curious as to why you think she was targeting you? I do know She has been a roll more against the "Paytriots" lately that have been using her work and then attacking her when she calls them out on it. Folks like Sather, and many others I'm not going to name just because we are Here discussing it and dont want to step on toes.

I could be wrong, but I just don't think she would look at one of your decodes and just go off like that as your connections are good. Im really not seeing any signs that she even saw it all or am I missing something? Just my 2 cents of observation really as she will give credit where it is due.
