Forgive me for commenting without reading the whole thread, so tell me to shut up if I got this wrong.

Seems to me that what you’re saying is that intentionally exposing your junk to a kid is wrong. Of course it is! I haven’t read you say otherwise.

Folk are asking you to make a binary judgement on this incident, then admonishing your answer as a proclamation that intentionally doing this is ok in general. These folk are either not managing to comprehend your point, or using very simple semantic BS to goad you. That’s pretty pathetic, but for the self righteous it’s how they maintain the delusion that they’re hero in this little movie.

Your point is that in this particular case we only really have one person’s account. We know little about her; she could be an honest person without grudge or mental disorder. But for all we know this might not be the case. This is why civilised society don’t do a whipping, a hanging, a beheading on hearsay.

This highlights an interesting irony; that the folk here chanting words to the effect of kill the poedo would no doubt call themselves patriots of civilised society. Yet they may indeed be far happier living under sharia law, where they can lynch to their heart’s content.

This is the point of police investigation and trial: to find out these important details regarding the accused, the accuser, seek witnesses and supporting evidence to show intention, or genuine accident/misinterpretation (eg. Was the locker signage clear).

I’ll say that I’m with you 100%! Innocent until proven guilty - if indeed this is the crux of your position. These triggering threads always attract the usual suspects leading the charge, pitchforks in hand. Sometimes they lure in a poor sucker trying to speak reason - I’ve been there and come out thinking why did I just waste that time arguing non sequiturs.

That would exclude people who merely identified as women. Or those who cannot afford to transition.

We've reached a situation where certain groups have no concept of the word "no".

They make demands, they stamp their feet, they scream and make a scene, and they get what they want.

Now, as the demands become more and more outrageous, to the point that even other members of the (insert oppressed group) community are saying things have gone too far, people are finally saying no...no...no...

A line must be drawn.

We have to protect all people, and ensure they have EQUAL rights, not elevate some to a group with SPECIAL rights that supercede everyone else's.

The demands of a miniscule minority cannot be allowed to overrule the rights, and fairness or safety, of huge swathes of society.

That will only ever cause distrust and anger, and ultimately set us back - not move us forward.

Being black is not a mental illness or in any way a choice. Mental illness should not be "enabled" by catering to its dysfunction beliefs. It's not in the best interest of the affected party.

As to the rest of your reply, well, to each his own I guess. I used to be very staunch in my interpretation and delineation of human sexuality. Then a course in biology taught me that the differences between men and women biologically are there but not as absolutely defined as I had once taken for granted. there are after all hermaphrodites. people born with BOTH sexual attributes. Along with that a couple of history courses making it clear that the story of humanity is replete with examples of people expressing their sexuality in ways that run contrary to what many today consider ''proper'' use of a penis and vagina

Now, the Spa’s owner’s would be made aware of the incident and my concerns, depending on their reaction and solutions offered, would make a decision whether or not to continue to use that Spa in the future.
