96° In the Shade

Well it reached 96° (36°C)in the shade today on the west coast of Canada where a hot summer is 30°C. Was real hot, real hot in the shade.



I tell you it was 96 degrees in the shade. Real Hot, real hot, in the shade.

I was in the forest, drinking mashing mangoes with a pretty lady, my wife, hiding in the shade. We went shoe shopping, it was terrible. I don't understand why I need shoes other than steel toed boots...well the shopping part was terrible...why when you pick a shoe that you like do you need to try on 5 other ones? The other 5 shoes were terrible, not my style at all, yet, there i was, already picked the ones I liked, but still, each one, one after another, both shoes, then a walk, a 10 minute task extended to almost a half hour. In the 96° weather....Women...and their shopping man...The drinking in the forest was fun though...

I think the heat cooked my brain...

Yeah that activity does my nut in too even more so now that it's ächtung papers everywhere you go, at least now I know how things got rolling in 1930s Germany.

I've got my shopping down.pretty well. Know the things I need, get in, get the things, GTFO...

Women seem to have these crazy ideas about browsing and trying thing on and #...looking at things you never intend to buy...the lack of shopping in such forms is my favourite part of covid...and i hate covid.

Like, i've dealt with this for years, it's a given at this point...

But, when it's 96° in the shade man...

like...you just wanna get home, have an ice cold beer, smoke a joint and chill dude.

Did you hear about the Canadian Surgeon that got sacked for voicing concerns over children being vaccinated.

I'm not sure of what levels of censorship you're dealing with over there, but I though this story was extraordinary. The gaslighting is absolutely off the scale.

Not surprised, Canadian media's gagged worse than CNN. I worked as a scientist during Harper. We were literally threatened with the loss of our grant money if we reported an endangered bat species we found in a mine site. The original terms of our grant was that all our data was supposed to be publically available...
