Classification of Weise as a Terrorist and Legal Ramifications

I have 3 questions regarding how the classification of Weise as a terrorist legally plays out. Please give them so thought and your feedback. Thanks.

Besides going nuts and killing 10 people, was this guy a terrorist by revised U.S. code?

If he is classified as a terrorist what are the legal ramifications regarding his investigation and reported findings?

Are there any other legal ramifications for the places in which he communicated with others regarding investigation of his motives, planning, purchasing of weapon and such?

Can we please keep the Weise discussions in the existing thread about this person?
