Why Alabama banned UNs Plan 21?

What was behind that Plan that made Alabama banned it. As I heard that plan was to move rural to urban. If so, shouldnt all countries follow Alabama example?

Sounds like a recipe for disaster, as in Chairman Mao's 'Great Leap Forward'. Millions died.

China's Great leap Forward... 30-50 million died.

I do believe years ago an ATSer made a thread that explained how TPTB were going to subtly force those in rural areas into large cities, and do the same to townships and less populated cities in order to create large swathes of wildlife reserves.

Almost certain there's a thread, at least ten years or older. I have no luck searching within ATS, but I'll look for it in the forums I think it might be in.

But it is most definitely a rumored plan to be implemented in the U.S.

And I think once done America was to be divided into 8 or 9 regions. No more states.

Funny how their Covid plan messed up their Plan 21 very badly. People are leaving the cities in droves. Their plans have changed or more than one TPTB fighting it out.

There could be an internal struggle happening.

I personally believe the MIC and CIA clash.

Hell, I bet all the ABC agencies clash with one another. Unity is no longer a thing in America.
