My vax journey starts tomorrow

So... for my part, everything so far is fine.

The first jab has in my case done nothing at all, except being a little tired on the same night.

However, my mother who is in Norway, had her 2nd Pfizer jab 14 days ago, and 2 days ago she started exhibiting some symptoms.

Either they are side effects or she got infected anyways.
- Headache (which she says she never has)
- Runny nose
- Itching throat
- Fever
- Stomach problems
- Glassy eyes (very light sensitive, she cant stand looking out the window)

She will be getting a pcr test today. Hopefully she isbsnegative, but she is feeling quite bad to her own account and she is normally not squirmish in anyway.

So far so good... 1st jab nothing,

Just had 2nd jab 10 minutes ago.
Found out a friend of mine is having his in the same center in an hour so now we can share the experience ☺

My mother has recovered from the sideeffects after 5 dreadful days.

It is a bad number. It shows that the 95% it really isn't even in Israel they already lowered their efficiency rate for the covid vaccine to 91%

How are you a nurse and you think this is bad? I honestly think you have to be joking, there is zero chance an RN can say these things.

2nd jab + 8 days.

Had a little of what felt like an onsetting fever last night, but I discount it as mild dehydration. Woke up fine.

Today though, I felt some heartburn. Im pretty confident its from the breakfast rolls, I just havent experienced this in a long time from eating.
So I will remain calm for now. It will probably go away soon.

Apart from that, all is well.

Anything to deflect from the negative stories we cant have anything negative that might hurt Pfizer again. You have one study clearly trying to protect the image and brand.

But i wouldn't trust Pfizer knowing their history.

As of today, Danish media is reporting that Pfizer proudly conclude that their vaccine is as effective against Delta as the novel ones.

Dont know what to say anymore. Their narrative shifts back and forth a lot.


Overview from the last 1.5 year from DKs PoV:

- Covid is not an issue but we are keeping an eye on it
- Reinfection is not likely (during a time where reinfection occured in China)
- Covid could potentially spread fast
- You dont necessarily die from covid but with covid
- We have to shut everything down
- Focus on severe cases... have to keep the down.
- During June it was reported that kids dont get seriously ill or are infected easily in the UK.
- Dcember, Danish schools shut down again.
- Hardly any kids get sick and recover quickly
- Quicktests are perfectly fine!
- Vaccines start rolling.
- If you die shortly after having any vaccine, its probably not because of the vaccine....
- Quicktests are unreliable.... sorry. Do PCR tests instead
- Ok some vaccines are bad but most are good. You can have bad sideeffects but the data is not public so you cant know how many.
- Your covid passport is useable 14 days after 1st jab.
- Ok... we have to acknowledge that clotting and myocarditis can be an issue, but doctors thankfully dont read the news so many will turn you down if you report these sideeffects at a young age.... or if you are early 40s... because.... it only happens to young people, not anyone else and not young people either if you are young.
- Quick tests are decent.
- Some have asked if PCR tests are bad and overly sensitive.... we have to say no.
- We have to vaccinate teens!!
- We have to vaccinate kids!!
- Some "experts" believe the passport should only be useable after the 2nd jab... we will have to think about that.....
- Forget focus on severe cases now... only thing important is total number of infected!!! Although more than 50% have been vaccinated and kids dont get infected easy.


To come:

- Mandatory digital vaccine passport.
- Only useable if fully vaccinated.
- Passive aggressive segregation of populations, the world will be divided into vaxxers and anti vaxxers.

This reminds me of the creation of the EU.
The founders knew they could not dump such a construction on us in one go, so they had to come to terms with implementing it in steps.

The same is going on with vaccines now.
Even if they are harmless now, the ethical borders will slide constantly over time.
Because the bad changes happen over such a long time span, noone dares oppose, even though the goal is obvious. How could anyone argue that future without being ostrasized

I am agaisnt that whole idea,

The President and First Lady Get Vaccinated

the President made clear that the time for adults to get their H1N1 shots is now and that it is safe.

Things got a little interesting here. Im not too worried yet, although I find the timing peculiar.

Along tuesday night I started feeling a bit off. Had a bad nights sleep and woke with what felt like the beginning of a sore throat and that slight feeling of "hm... something feels off"

I put on my running shoes as my gf left for work but never got out because I started feeling worse.
Ended up going back to bed after breakfast and slept another two hours. Felt a little better when I wokke up.

Decided to go meet gf in the city and we spent the rest of the afternoon in the sun etc.

Along last night (wednesday) it got worse. I woke a few times because of my now more sore throat and stuffed yet wet nose.

Decided to stay home, but took a pcr test just to be sure I didnt catch anything. Waiting for result on that.
But what worries me most is the pressuring feeling in the cjest from before that had returned. Along with the unwell feeling and pain in shoulders and back. Also had a few minute stings in both legs the last week.

So tomorrow Ill be calling my doc to make her send me up to cardio where Im already going through tests.

Lets see if they see anything had changed after the vaccine 😐
