How was the department of health and social security able to obtain this footage?
Thats DHS in England.
DHS in America is Dept. Homeland Security

I’d fall over from surprise if a video was released that showed actual detail of what they were filming and not an amorphous blob that could be anything.
Cool video though.
If something is clear it becomes identified. Ocams razor. Low quality footage is the only thing that keeps this entire community and it's imagination going.

Well, it's a lot easier to take a relatively clear picture of an object when the person can set the distance from the camera and time when the object gets thrown for a staged photo. (although that image that you're showing in the first picture has been heavily processed to get it to look like that)
Sweet "2021" cherry-picked image in order to try and make a point, though.
Which are these DHS videos, bad or good? Not one poster so far said they were fake.

As I have said repeatedly, if the video is bad it's fake. If the video is good, it's fake. I've seen it here at ATS and elsewhere online over and over and over again. I don't think there is a video that will truly convince anyone because technology has rendered images and video almost useless as acceptable evidence.
Videos of the sighting flooded the internet, with one fuzzy clip shared to YouTube by conspiracy theorist MrMBB333
Interesting shape, thanks.

I stacked up three screen caps of the "rubber duck ufo" and did a little Photoshop level-adjustments and sharpening, and this is what I got. It's definitely strange, and it appears that there's a dip or recess in the "body" of the object. It is what it is...just thought I'd contribute this.

The last one however, unless there’s more detailed footage out there, looks like it’s not natural or man-made, you’d expect an engine, a heatsignature, wings or propellers etc. None of that’s visible, while conventional aircraft are, in most cases, easily distinguishable from their silhouette. So it’s safe to conclude that it, at least, isn’t a conventional craft.

Yeah, but is it actually moving fast, or is the motion caused by the video parallax of the movement of the plane filming it and the close zoom? That last object could be moving slowly or generally hovering, like a balloon or something.
I'm not saying it is a balloon, but at the same time I'm saying it may not be moving in such a way that would require propulsion.
EDIT TO ADD:
To explain what I mean about video parallax, watch this video between the :15 to :30 to see a great example of it. The stationary head of the statue at the :17 mark and the people on the stairs/platform at the :25 mark seem to really be zooming past the background:

It's not even an image. It's just a blue background where I added a little brightness to a few pixels. But thanks for confirming my observation by thinking it's an actual 2021 UFO image. Yeah, that's what they look like these days.
