I agree he probably shouldn't be reinstated prior to 2024. Even if fraud is proven to a certainty, the election was certified, and each state's legislature could have sent different electors. (The power to choose a president technically rests with a state's legislature, not its citizenry. But most states have laws that defer to the citizenry.)


However, it's still important to investigate. And if it is proven, to prosecute, drop the full weight of the law on the heads of those responsible.

We need to make examples, and if some very important people go down over this, then they need to go down hard.

If Biden or Harris can be proven to have been complicit in the fraud. Like if they knew about it, and/or actually participated in planning it. Then they should both not only leave office, but go straight to prison. (Then Nancy Pelosi would be president.....unless she too had participated.)

But we still wouldn't get Trump back.

Realistically, if you want this fraud to be investigated to its fullest, it's gonna need to be a bipartisan effort. I don't mean that the democrats who are in power will have to agree. But the ordinary citizen democrats who voted for them will have to agree.

If you refrain from trying to overturn the outcome, then they don't feel like you're the one trying to steal the election from them (with allegations they think may turn out to be false.)

So the best move is to just don't try to overturn anything. Prosecute it without trying to overturn it. If democrat voters know that the outcome they ended up with will stay in force, they'll be less inclined to fight against the effort.

Point is, no matter how this ends up, somebody will feel like the election is being stolen.

Don't prosecute: the Republicans feel stolen from.

Do prosecute: the Democrats feel stolen from.


But if you prosecute without overturning, then both sides get to feel vindicated.
