Thanks for the welcome! I think the mid-south is pretty great, too. Have to say it's the people, because it sure ain't the weather! As always, can't wait for fall. a reply to: CrazyBlueCat

I watched the Blue Book show, also. Assuming it's the one on the History Channel, it was entertaining and I wish it hadn't been canceled. As far as actual facts go, I did notice some episodes would blend elements of different cases together, change locations of events, etc.... It's too bad, and I didn't really see the need for it.. reply to: CrazyBlueCat

Yes, I was talking about the history channel too. Tbh I did not do much research after I watched it. Very interesting.

And I agree with you about the weather! Its super hot and humid for summer, spring brings all allergies but fall is usually perfect and runs into winter which is fine by me

The thoughts of fall and winter are what get me through spring and summer. Hate to wish my life away, but the heat...the humidity...the feeling of being a wet dish towel at all times. On especially bad days, I like to say it's "Cambodia hot". On the bright side, Louisiana feels worse.

How did I never see the Jim Marrs forum in all these years? I would've joined on day 1. I always try to look at what I'm being fed with a skeptical eye, and he always struck me as being one of the most honest investigators I've ever run across. Admirable man, and I was so sad when I learned of his passing.

I posted here to say I appreciate you and others are trying to keep that forum active. I did want to reply on there to a recent post you made, but it didn't seem that was an option...thus the post here. Maybe I don't have enough clout yet? Going back for more Marrs now.

I know exactly what you mean. Feeling like a wet sandwich is no fun! The spring brings my allergies and the summer makes me a hermit, haha

I haven't been to Louisiana since I was 10! 27 yrs ago. So I do not really remember the weather, just speedo man whos crotch was eye level.

Are you figuring out how to navigate this site ?

Welcome BabblingBlueBook!

Take a load off and may I get you a nice, cold one?

Well, I'm sort of stuck reading old posts in the Jim Marrs forum, lol! Many of those are really old. I was going to reply to a newer one from a couple of months ago or so, but didn't see a "reply" area. Maybe I don't have enough comments on my introduction yet? Idk...I'm about to go look around other places and see if I'm given a "reply" option. I wouldn't expect links or pics or videos out of me anytime soon. reply to: CrazyBlueCat

OMG, couldn't help but go
at Speedo crotch talk. While laughing. I may never think of Louisiana in the same way.
