In reading through the articles I see that the Hospital boss is ignoring the illegality of mandating an EUA drug, and going directly to ridicule and shaming. Calling them "anti vaxxers" type rhetoric.
Hopefully they get a knowledgeable judge and one who is honest.

A person’s HIV status should not dictate what she or he can—or cannot—do at work. This should be determined by qualifications, talents and commitment to the job. Some workers with HIV may require accommodations in order to perform a particular job, while others may never experience limitations that affect their ability to work. When health care issues do affect a person’s ability to work, the same rules about how to handle that situation apply regardless of whether the person is HIV-positive or HIV-negative. But that’s illegal.

And why do #tards get a pass when they call people who aren't sure about the experimental vaccine "Anti-vaxers"?
These people better sue before the hospital turns their arms into giant magnets and has them give MRI's on their lunch breaks.
Being called names never bothered me.

Maybe people need to start being more outspoken about how offended they are by being derogatorily referred to as an 'Anti-Vaxer'.
People always seem to pretend they are offended by many other types of words. Might as well start doing it with this term also.

The push to make sure everyone gets the jab is the biggest red flag to me - why is it so important? Here's a doctor in Texas with these same concerns-
