Why Disclosure May Never Happen!

I remember when they explained to Art Bell that the public could t handle a disclosure and he realized that it was true, tho I like to think he’d lay the the cards down and let the chips fall where they may.

I dont think they’ll make a disclosure but maybe these leaks have been a soft disclosure, kinda.

I think the ufo tease is a manipulation tool. UAP is the shiny new model. I cant help but think its an art of war thing, and the opposite of whats being reported tends to be the truth, sometimes.
