"The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch" Season 2 Episode 4

Liking this season so far. A lot less screwing around with unnecessary stuff and right into some interesting experiments. I was thinking they should have raised the group of drones higher once they noticed movement to see what happened.

I am not clear why they didn't do ground penetrating radar yet on the mesa where the this metal object was thought to be, or even just start digging once the drill brought out chunks of metal last season. This season was filmed last summer, I'd think if they did dig or do radar and found anything it would be big news, so not expecting a lot

I believe they did, they found a big cavity anomaly, plus the drilling was bringing out pieces of metal that later was analyzed.

My first thought seeing that was light glare - you can see it also on the bottom of the photo and a bit from the light lower right of frame by the vehicle

I just tweaked the upper right hand photo the try and enhance it more. Still could be glare, but the shape of it is very interesting

Also the one image I show that says “Anomaly highlighted post editing”…….is not my post editing but the guy at the laptop who owns the camera.

Interesting indeed…..

Next week one experiment is to drop rubber basketball sized balls from the helicopter, to see if anything bounces off the anomaly ……if so …..imo…the anomaly could be cloaked.

If it’s there invisibly cloaked…….I would hire one of those fire retardant dropping helicopters used in forest fires fighting…..and on a non-windy day fill that cargo drop bay with some sort of heavy powder and release it over the anomaly to possibly get an visible outline of the anomaly.

Here’s the debunker’s look at it…….

They say there wasn’t any clouds……ok…..fine and dandy

However the anomaly shows up in images of the high speed camera when the 3rd Rocket is fired at its direction (over the triangle)

What are the odds that there was thin un-noticeable, by the naked eye, in the night sky,…..layers of dissipating smoke that had built up from the previous 2 rocket launches still lingering in the air…….and what they are seeing ….is the reflection of the 3rd rocket’s ignition and fire in the lingering smoke above the launch site?

Much like city lights reflecting from the bottom of low clouds.

As for the rocket motor exploding……chalk it up to a rare…..off the shelf…..defective rocket motor.

Not sure if it's some odd pixilation/matrixing, but on the photo I messed with there are dots, several under the anomaly and several on each side of the anomaly in the upper part of he picture

Hard to rule out….imagining artifacts…..it’s the first time this high speed camera was used. Don’t know if the image processing is different from regular cameras….or the imaging software being used.



Without getting deep into imaging processors and applications……I’m just viewing it for what they are calling it…….Blob

Hmmmm here’s a wild A$$ what if…..

A Tesla experiment gone awry……. A Tesla coil contraption broke and what’s left are residual remnants that quasi phases in and out of dimensions….and still retains power generation signatures somehow.

Could be a Zero Point energy field Torus! or something along those lines

That is also my take on this. Lingering smoke that is lit up from the rocket motor's ignition.

Secondly, Travis says, "It hit something and blew up". OK. Show us the nose of the rocket. It it dented? And Thirdly, they are using solid rockets not liquid fueled rockets. If it were a liquid fueled rocket, sure if it hit something the tanks containing fuel might rupture leading to an explosion. Not the case for solid fuel rockets. They would stay intact and the rocket would just crumple up. The rocket should spin in circles on the way down. But in this case it blew up.

I'd say it was a manufacturing mistake - too much oxidizer. The second possibility, which is stretching it, is maybe it went through a strong electric field that ignited part of the motor that should not be burning and it was too much pressure. Either way, it did not hit something. It simply blew up.

The last episode was soo bizarre I am still scratching my head, I mean the image does look like a spaceship.

I got the feeling that if the government realized something is happing or something is found in the mesa, the show is going to be cancel and the government will take over.

I'm just finishing season 3. I find this show very frustrating. I mean...you find some weirdness, spend a day or night "investigating" it or lobbing rockets and # at it and then simply move on to something else.

Example: Drilling in to the mesa and finding metal fragments of something (supposedly). Now I'm not sure about you but I'd damned well be out there the next day digging like crazy.

Here's an idea....(and maybe this was covered in a later episode) but couldn't you simply send a snake down one of those cave entrances with, I don't know..a powerful magnet attached to the end to see if any metallic fragments become attracted to it?

I know, I know. It's sensationalism television. I think we all know that if there truly was something out there, the gov would "reclaim" that land. Fun show overall

Hi,

I just watched episode 5 of season 4, and can’t tell if some editor purposely puts this small hints to expose some of the bs that is going on the show or it is simply bad production.

They were launching some rockets and fireworks over the triangle while emitting the “1.6 mhz mysterious signal” via light wave device - nothing new. During the experiment one of the guys noticed “purple light”, when converged on the light (two groups in two vehicles) did not notice anything in the area. At the same time people back at the experiment area noticed light in the sky via handheld night vision. The light really gave a vibe of a drone (blinking light positioning and pattern).

The first thought that popped on my mind when watching this whole situation was: why don’t they have some high end drone just for situations like this? The response time is crucial, regardless if they are looking for trespassers or an illusive phenomena.

Then, right before the commercial break 3 second shot from a drone hovering over the people looking for a mysterious light pops out.

I wonder if they delete this shot later, as they did edits of some stuff in the past.

The interesting thing about this phenomenon is that it can appear differently to different people and detectors.

It also affects some people differently. This is what I would like more research on. The people who are physically effected, for ex: what are their blood types are they rh-. What are their pasts like? Do they have any psychic ability?

Was happy to see the Native folklore brought back. Love the rockets absolutely, also appreciate the esoteric research they are conducting.

It’s funny….the beginning was built up about getting more data about the 1.6 GHz …..but then as the show progressed…….not much of anything was mentioned about the 1.6 GHz …. It’s like the premise of the episode just disssssssssssssssdappeared…

Also ….. if you listen to the heavier set Ute Indian tell his experiences …. He mentions green and red …….and “Purple” orbs…….and then later in the show….they start seeing Purple lights.

The color Purple would be a rarity if ever mentioned, for a orb/light in any of UFOlogy’s orbs colors.
