Where are the others!

I have been visiting this site since 2015 and i have a lot of ex members and current ones to thank, for helping me to a greater overstanding of this existence and its mysteries. this is the only site like it in the world.... but stop feeling proud to be part of this "treasure trove" and ask why are there not more like it. if i wanted to gauge a populations thinking on certain subjects i would create a place where i could find all that information, ask my friend if they can track what they are buying, and my other friend to track what they are saying to their friends and so on, and i know everything about them, well we do because i would share with my friends. we would know what they are thinking, what they are buying, saying, sh1tting, the lot.

I could name around a dozen ex members who taught a lot of truth and are no longer here, i guess they got tired of the constant gaslighting but if you are still there watching, you need to come back, because there are people that want to find the truth, ultimately if a wise man sees a conman he doesn't stay clear, no he watches his every move, learns the con, sees the hidden.

Where's the others?

Politicizing/polarizing things will have that effect.

Too many folks get caught up on being right instead of opening up the idea of possibly being wrong. Therefore there's no exploring ideas.

Id be lying if I didn't say that there may be a hint of projection in my words

I agree, imagine the amount of friendships lost over backing red over blue yet both give the same result, its crazy!

people are battling over politics and now further divide created by COVID metamorphoses... honestly i can see why some great minds have abandoned this sinking ship of humanity, but honestly id rather fight till the end, and see the new beginning.

It may have also been bullying that lead to some of these people to leave who knows, but be the change you wish to see. I have recently joined because I want to see ATS thrive on truth and true conspiracy not bow before political ideologies! Also Anonymity is a good things!

Some of us have been fighting for decades, so are a bit used to the whole situation.

But, I think the biggest issue is succumbing to the radicalization engines of modern communication. Sometimes its easiest & best to just walk away.. at least temporarily. The vast majority of modern interaction is based on extreme emotional reactions, and people are given something to react to on a daily basis. None of which is particularly helpful to any of us, including those who believe they profit from the situation most.

Personally, Ive long held the opinion that pertinent areas of focus, along with real world solutions, are not necessarily part of the larger narrative and conversation.

However, if we dont take part in the daily and weekly "game," the ever-changing rules of which are set by media, many either ignore the input or view it as coming from the "other team."

Credit where its due though; Its absolutely brilliant social manipulation. Its myopic and self-destructive as well though, again including those who believe they are benefiting most.

There are a plethora of options & alternatives, but they dont really adhere to The Rules of Modern Socialization where we are all supposed to fight over whatever the story of the day/week happens to be.

It's not because anyone was bullied. If a poster on this forum bullies another poster, DontTreadOnMe would ban them immediately. People started leaving in 2016 and 2017 when more posters who were anti-Trump opened their eyes and let go of their hatred and left the democrat party behind. As that was happening, hardcore leftists began leaving.

yeah you are one who has sparked my mind and were one of the reasons i even mentioned current members who can give you that Gut feeling. i like watching the game, especially when i can see more of the players, but there is a balance to keep up or this place will be lost to the horde, well not completely, i will always find my way back, shining a wee light, im like MC Hammer.... The Game is fun to watch, isnt it? I think one of the biggest issues is that people look at it as a deeply personal battle. When we look at something like Hockey, it can become personal.. but it isnt inherently so.

Of course, the topics that are discussed have a very real impact on things like polls and metrics (which drive politicians). We started out by completely conflating a strong online presence with being indicative of the population at large, and it became a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I think this type of interaction could be a boon for our civilization, but only if we build the proper tools and use them correctly. Which, importantly, I believe can be done irrespective of major Platforms while still utilizing them.

Things like debate panels are a lot of fun to watch though! But it can be so easy to get pulled into it with real-time chats right there, ready and waiting.

Its like we have a ubiquitous, very unhealthy framework for interaction with these forms of communication that are relatively new to our species. So, everything we harvest off of it is spoiled fruit reaped from crooked trees. And it touches everything.

So much changes hyperfast nowadays though, for better or worse. I say we aim for the better

We have unfortunately lost some absolutely brilliant posters, to them actually passing away.

They are greatly missed.

Very valid points. In fact, there was a time that the quality and content was such that I never felt the need to comment lest I stir up the mud in this deep, crystal clear pond. I did not want to disturb such a perfect ecosystem but rather just reflect in its splendor.

The political scene changed everything. I have said more than once, that I wish that more eloquent people share their take on this political climate. .

Many however chose to abandon the ship and chose to leave it to its own devices.

Make of that that you will.


If the old school ever came back I would very likely retreat back to the shadows because I would know that the site would be in more than capable hands.

But they are gone and here we are. They left the site when the biggest conspiracy of all struck.

Make of that too what you will.


There are still a few people here that have that same magic, but they are very few in number.

You've literally just described Facebook.

It's been what? Like twenty years? People get older, move on, have families pass away.

Heck, there are days where I don't even want to come on here, because it's the same # on a different day. I usually only get on here now when I'm bored. Which isn't often, and when I can I don't really have time to sit down and gather information and connect dots like I used to. I'm sure many of the people who aren't here anymore found more productive things to do with their time than bicker over the same # every day.

This is a website on the internet. Find something meaningful to do in real life off-line.

Yeah the Red/Blue, Dem/GOP, Conservative/Liberal war thats been going on for the last 20 years has finally crecendo's this past year and I think it drive alot of people away. I love arguing politics and debating, but to be honest, it really has gotten exhausting.

This site is particularly exhausting for liberal/dem/blue's because were outnumbered in here so it can be frustrating. I do love being a part of it though, because although we all sling mud.. Having the discussions, debating, bringing information, and surrounding yourself with opposing viewpoints is the best way to grow as a person. Otherwise you just echo chamber yourself into ignorance.. and the tagline of this site is.. DENY IGNORANCE.. its beautiful in a way.

Aside from that im also curious. Ive searched far and wide and there is NO other site like this that literally has people who are very educated on the topics at hand posting 24/7. All other sited that cover my favorite topics (like UFO', disclosure) and filled with people who known nothing on the topics, and bring only hoaxes instead of the goods, and theyre essentially normies.

This site needs a discord IMO.. with channels replicating the forums.. that would be so awesome.

There is a discord. It's not managed well though. It's funny you mention it because I had the same thought earlier today.

I started thinking maybe I should make one.

Personally, I think there aren't many websites like this because so few are moderated as well as this one. Some I've checked out just take too long to sift through the nonsense to find the nuggets of truth. Likely those who don't want to get caught up in bs are here off and on.

Life changes. I bailed for a few years as I was just too busy as I did short term when I had no internet. Then sometimes it is just simpler to lurk.
