Slayer-"Raining Blood" in the style of Alice In Chains

A guy performs Raining Blood in the style of Alice In Chains. I thought it was pretty good.

I dunno, i like slayer, raining blood was like the first slayer song, actually probably the first thrash metal song i learned to play on guitar, apart from the not actually that terrible song my friend and i wrote for our music class in grade 9...

I also like Alice in chains...probably better than a lot of grunge. The rooster and would?, are a couple of my favourite songs from the time.

But i didn't really like this cover. It just didn't really capture either the slayer or the Alice in chains vibe that well. There was like one part where i was like 'oh yeah ok...' just before the first verse started, but other than that it just didn't really do it for me.

I think it sounds like newer Alice in Chains more, that could be what you feel is off? Their sound is overall similar with their later stuff, but not quite the same as their style before Layne Staley died, (obviously lol.)

But I really liked this overall. I love both Slayer and AIC, so this was cool.
