NVM, I checked it. Not legal.

Most stocker fish are usually small fingerlings. Even if you could catch one they're generally pretty small. It takes them a few months to mature into catchable / edible fish.

Looks like you had a good time regardless, and remember...a bad day fishing is better than a good day at work anytime!!
