The Republic Is Lost

Over these past years, there has been so many posts dedicated to enlightening others to the truth that our Democratic Republic and its Constitution have been and still is under direct siege by leftist subversives driven to transform our nation into a Socialist/Communist nation exerting authoritarian control over all of its citizens.

Their tactics have included a constant barrage of false claims declaring that we are destroying our planet with human caused global warming, an endless false claim of systemic racism, and now a scamdemic they themselves have released across this planet. But the most profound attack against our Republic started long ago by attacking our moral and religious foundations that was the backbone of what made the United States the greatest form of government and society that has ever existed.

For me, and many others here, the threats our nation now faces have been long recognized and much passionate discussion has been presented in our nation's defense but I have come to the conclusion that our Republic is lost.

I ran across this blog post just today that fairly well defines my sentiments concerning this issue and explains why I don't bother opening any more posts in defense of our Democratic Republic.

...a conversation with Chuck Colson and he made the statement that America was a post-Christian nation. That thought had never occurred to me. I didn’t want to accept it, but I knew he was right. In time, I came to realize that America has moved beyond the post-Christian stage. We are now an anti-Christian nation.

Thus it is that the Christian ethic in America has been marginalized. A secular, pagan ethos has emerged. Unbridled by the moral restraints of the past, the new religious zealots are now actively tearing down the old, Christian-based society and working to create a new society based on their interpretations of “social justice” and “equality.”

I’ve read enough about the history of America’s founding and the history of world revolutions to know that, barring something totally unexpected, the American Republic is lost. It is, as the saying goes, all over but the shouting. In due time, Christians who hold to the old ethos; who do not compromise their transcendent, Biblical-based convictions with the new zealots, will be severely persecuted.

Can the Republic be regained? Well, John Adams had this to say about the subject in a letter to his wife, Abigail, in 1775.

“Your Description of the Distresses of the worthy Inhabitants of Boston, and the other Sea Port Towns, is enough to melt an Heart of stone. Our Consolation must be this, my dear, that Cities may be rebuilt, and a People reduced to Poverty, may acquire fresh Property: But a Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom, can never be restored. Liberty once lost is lost forever. When the People once surrender their share in the Legislature, and their Right of defending the Limitations upon the Government, and of resisting every Encroachment upon them, they can never regain it.”

Christians rarely make martyrs out of criminals. Christians usually want peace in the society they live in, not chaos. Christians fought for laws governing freedom of religion. The athiests did not want freedom of religion. The Christian religion wants people to help their neighbors if they are honest and decent people, Christianity is a type of socialism apart from the government, they even help those who are not Christian if they are in need. Sure, they hope that the people will start believing in god, but other than a few groups they all are fair and help everyone in need.

The majority of the charities these days don't compare to Vinnies and the Salvation army which do not spend all their money hiring help or paying big salaries to their executives, so the vast majority of their donations to Vinnies and the salvation army go to people in need.

There are some other good charities but most give the money to the rich that supply them. The food bank around here is good, I will donate to that, by donating to the churches that give the food away, they have volunteers to hand out the food, not paid people.

Socialism will never work in this country, everyone has to work together for socialism to work and our people are divided on multiple fronts, and lots of people want to have jobs but not work to produce things people actually need to survive.

I will never lose faith in God. I just explained in another thread.

They were in a panic because their time is short. Their moving at
a rapid pace evident to their race against time. A simple solar flare
could signal the end for all their wicked hopes. We simply have to
pray and put fear aside. We have a great God and his word to
remind us to never doubt him. His will is our salvation and his word
must come to pass. It isn't this short life we should worry about
any way.

I am a faithful believer. This fact is the only thing that provides peace as I watch what is happening. It is all foretold. I keep telling people what is transpiring is Biblical. If anyone has spent any time reading and studying Scripture it is all laid out. Nothing should surprise a believer. Look up for redemption draws near!

This is the beginning of sorrows and the plagues are coming. The famines, hyper inflation, war then judgement.

Sorry secular world, your God is a lie, your wisdom is foolishness and your council is futility.

The Lord has you in derision. Running to and fro, increasing knowledge but never coming to understsnd the truth in Christ Jesus.

This world is toast, 'civilised' society doesn't even think that male and female are defining sexes.

I hate this place, Lord come quickly.

Im not at all convinced its lost, at least not yet.

As mentioned, its been a long conflict up to this point and one that most have been completely unaware of its presence.

However, the same systems utilized for rapid change are largely ambivalent towards those that operate outside the inculcated behavioral paradigm. Meaning, trying to fight within the system by doing things like focusing on media stories is counterproductive at best.

There are still ways out, its just not through typical centralized paradigms. For those that arent even aware of such possibilities or alternatives, or actively fight against them because they only know of them in the context of the corporate-political monster, it probably seems nigh hopeless though.

The problem is that the average person gets a buffered, filtered, and crafted version of what is actually driving all these behavioral tech algorithms (spoiler alert: its people radicalized by emotional addiction and brand loyalty). Anything that directly confronts this yields a literally visceral response. A little spike of emotion.

The best alternative, in my opinion, is something that avoids that response and builds something that is foundationally independent of bureaucracies and corporations all together. Yet, one that retains the founding spirit of the US, including the Constitution, Bill of Rights, etc.

The only two paths I see currently are total technocratic corporate servitude, or using the same tools in a decentralized form to cut out the middleman while enabling the same (or more) benefits.

Due to the nature of modern tools & infrastructure (shipping, purchases, etc), this can happen significantly more rapidly than many imagine. And due to the instrinsic qualities of decentralization itself, it can quickly overtake the momentum derived from centralized corporate authorities.

It all comes down to "normies" though. And they are doped up on all kinds of things, in the dark about what is driving their actions, and addicted to the process.

But, organization through decentralization is de way imo. Something that hasnt been feasible until modern times.

I believe we will truly be flirting with a loss if the tools for this avenue become demonized and banned. But not so much until then..

It's not lost unless and until we give up or we give in. Unfortunately, the defeatism is strong among too many... or perhaps not. Perhaps it just seems so. Perhaps some just want the fighters to think all is lost. Hmmmmm....

Whatever. I will keep fighting the good fight, stay the course, and keep my faith.

One of my favorite books as a young man was "Alas Babylon".

It's not lost unless and until we give up or we give in.

Isn't that what has happened? I don't see Congress doing anything to prevent this erosion. Certainly not our executive branch and our beloved United States Supreme Court abandoned the people years ago. We are betrayed by all 3 branches of government.

Yup. But that's them. It's about what we do. We haven't lost if we keep fighting for -- and living -- everything we don't want to lose.

It's up to us what we do about it. It's up to you what you do about it. There is certainly plenty to do. If you really don't know what or how, then maybe start a thread with suggestions of ongoing efforts, or ideas for more activism, or offer your own... the sky's the limit.

And if it's as dire as this OP, then it needs to be done now!
