In fact, the CDC has only received 5,814 reports of COVID-19 vaccine breakthrough infections from 43 U.S. states and territories after more than 75 million people have been vaccinated!
This includes 1,695 people who had no symptoms, 396 people who were hospitalized (although 133 of them were not hospitalized for COVID-19!), and 74 deaths (including nine who did not actually have symptoms of COVID-19).

You clearly have no understanding of what clinical trials actually are.
has there ever been a mRNA vaccine phase 4 approved?
Clinical development is a three-phase process. During Phase I, small groups of people receive the trial vaccine. In Phase II, the clinical study is expanded and vaccine is given to people who have characteristics (such as age and physical health) similar to those for whom the new vaccine is intended. In Phase III, the vaccine is given to thousands of people and tested for efficacy and safety.
Many vaccines undergo Phase IV formal, ongoing studies after the vaccine is approved and licensed.
Incorrect. Phase 3 trials were completed.
But it is still in phase 3.

There is no such thing as "phase 4 approved."

Approved for emergency use. Yes.
Licensed, most definitely. Moderna owns a license. Pfizer owns a license.

your innate immune system going kind of crazy.
No. It's doing what it does but with the benefit of not actually contracting the disease.
Personally, I had no side effects (except perhaps for a slight headache, hard to say if that was actually a side effect of the vaccine though). I'm one of the majority.

Please don't be disingenuous here Phage
I'm not.
You're the one blathering about "stage 4 approval."
