When you are doing stuff, bending and using your muscles, it squeezes the cellular toxins out of the cell so they can be hauled to the liver and
kidney or through the excretions of the skin to get them out of the body.
If they build up because you are stuck in your house and not working, then they can cause a dump of toxins when the immune system gets activated, if
you do not sweat, then they overload the liver and kidneys and can cause those organs to dampen down to protect themselves and they can get damaged.
Sodium Chloride and potassium are transporters of these toxins, they are the garbage truck that hauls them away for excretion by the kidneys and
livers. So why are they telling everyone that salt is bad for you. Sure, if you do not eat much salt and then consume a lot, that can be dangerous
because that means too much toxins are in the cells then released. If they dump, then old people go to the ER and they put an iv in with sodium
Chloride or sugar water most times if the sugar is too low.
They are making people sick by telling them to stay home instead of walking around...old people should not be walking on the side of the road or going
on treadmills, and surely not hiking in the woods by themselves. If they are going to walk they should go to the stores or malls where there are
people to help them up. Nice flat dry floors are good for them. I knew an older couple, in their eighties that walked in the local hospital halls
everyday, hey, if they fall and break something it is easy to get to the ER. Now she sits at home, he died a few months back, I think he got bored to
death myself.
