When you are doing stuff, bending and using your muscles, it squeezes the cellular toxins out of the cell so they can be hauled to the liver and kidney or through the excretions of the skin to get them out of the body.

If they build up because you are stuck in your house and not working, then they can cause a dump of toxins when the immune system gets activated, if you do not sweat, then they overload the liver and kidneys and can cause those organs to dampen down to protect themselves and they can get damaged. Sodium Chloride and potassium are transporters of these toxins, they are the garbage truck that hauls them away for excretion by the kidneys and livers. So why are they telling everyone that salt is bad for you. Sure, if you do not eat much salt and then consume a lot, that can be dangerous because that means too much toxins are in the cells then released. If they dump, then old people go to the ER and they put an iv in with sodium Chloride or sugar water most times if the sugar is too low.

They are making people sick by telling them to stay home instead of walking around...old people should not be walking on the side of the road or going on treadmills, and surely not hiking in the woods by themselves. If they are going to walk they should go to the stores or malls where there are people to help them up. Nice flat dry floors are good for them. I knew an older couple, in their eighties that walked in the local hospital halls everyday, hey, if they fall and break something it is easy to get to the ER. Now she sits at home, he died a few months back, I think he got bored to death myself.

I was waking up around 2:30 am and back home around 6:30 pm when I got infected.

So detail your day and how many hours of it are actually enough physical activity to be considered exercise. You offered zilch up to back yourself here, so I'm guessing just long stressful hours at work that negate any benefits of repeat heavy lifting. Assuming you lift more than a pen, that is.

We have a weight machine, I can definitely attest for feeling far better once the "body break-in" period is done & you get used to doing more movement than fork-to-mouth on the couch.

In general, yeah, overweight is NOT healthy no matter how many pretty-faced obese models are plastered on magazines. It's not fat-shaming, it's common sense. And that common sense told me my own ass was getting too fat and it was time to DO something about it.

Why people refuse to understand this is beyond me. The heavier a human body gets, the worse off all it's systems become. I watched my nearly 450 lb step-grandfather eat himself to death over the decades and die from Type Two Diabetes complications (lots of digit amputations, and eventually a leg) Fat. Is. Not. Healthy.

Totally understand the brain drain stress end, hubs is a number crunching paper pusher at work himself. I'm pretty sure you're acutely acquainted with the amount of stress it takes for something to run or operate without hiccups or failures AND not fall behind.

He's got his own mitigation methods (video games, reading, etc) for the mental stresses end, and they work well for him. I think if he didn't have those outlets in his downtime, his health would be on the downswing. 24/7 cortisol top-offs (stress hormone) is very taxing on the body, it's not meant to exist like that, but we keep culturally doing it anyway despite knowing better.

We basically are a culture that works ourselves to persistent sickness.

Just a guess,but I would think nitric oxide plays a big part-

When you excersie,you produce nitric oxide in your blood-not only does this substance itself KILL covid-as proved by the trials of "sanOtize" anti covid nasal spray (which has been proven in clinical trials to be + 95% effective at killing the virus,and stopping people from passing it on,and preventing the more serious symptoms associated with it).

But it is also a vasodilator which means it opens your arteries to allow more blood flow and thus higher amounts of oxygen transportation throughout the body-I think this is important as one of the main reasons some people need mechanical ventilation is because the effects of covid have dropped their blood oxygen levels to danger levels.

So excersise is a complete no brainer for those who want a better chance at fighting off covid,and especially the more serious sympoms.

Any excersise that raises your heart rate sets off your nitric oxide production.


BTW its not laughing gas/whippets/hippy crack-that stuff is nitROUS oxide.
(People I have talked to about this sometimes mix them up)

All the governments know that the sanOtize spray is harmless and could easily be produced for the entire world-much earsier and cheaper than the MRNA modifier vaccines-but for some reason they are hellbent on everyone getting the expensive to produce/unsafe for some vaccines.

Makes you think..

do gotta say, i've known a lot of skinnies who were complete slugs. fatness and inactivity or ill health are not 1:1, and obesity is not something that goes away overnight even with diligence... and for some people, not at all.

much better to encourage everyone to raise their activity level than shame specific body types, imo

Correlation is not causation, but there is a distinct correlation between people who are sedentary and people who are obese.

Yes, there are some pretty tough heavies in my tae kwon do classes, but they are not the norm. Most of the people there are fit to slightly overweight at most.

there is definitely some correlation there, for sure. but it's a complex topic in a lot of ways. would it be great if everyone who was heavier could get healthier quickly and consistently? for sure. but... life is complicated, health is complicated, the lifestyles we've grown accustomed to living do not always make it easy.

veering off topic here at this point but i would love to see more public health initiatives to help people get more active, since that's the primary correlation health-wise. some real research and outreach done for people who are working draining jobs and don't have the energy to do more at the end of the day, or people who have become so habituated to inactivity that even getting started is daunting. we have the potential to do so much more than shame people but how do we actually get it done?
