Totally over-simplifying, but for the sake of keeping it short & sweet, what this is saying without saying outright, is that states rights don't matter. To nationalize the po-po the way they want, means state & local laws can't apply anymore in a national oversight context.

This should worry even the most vapid out there, if they can comprehend the seriousness of the precipice they're peering over.
