I'm looking for answers as much as the next person on here, but I don't think they are to be found at Ingersoll Lockwood, whoever they are. I've seen the name mentioned a bit, but I haven't paid any attention until now to be honest, but from a quick glance at the site i'm very suspicious.

Wrong. HAARP is HF not microwave. A very big difference.

Wrong again. There is no rubber band effect at all, nothing 'snaps back'. The HAARP signal travels through the ionosphere until it reaches a sufficiently dense area and then reflects back (provided it isn't completely absorbed, or punches completely through the ionosphere). The signal path is similar to a ball bouncing off a surface, but as the signal travels, it is heavily attenuated (weakened) as it travels through various mediums.

..Some of the effects of this level of radiation are
weaken the ionosphere,
glowing ‘clouds in the sky’,
birds falling out of the sky, cooked from the inside-out,
fish floating in rivers, cooked from the inside-out,
high pressure zones

All wrong.

Although the system is incredibly powerful, it is not enough to cook birds and definitely not fish. It is not microwave frequency and not enough power otherwise. Water attenuates the signal so much that a fish would unlikely be tickled let alone cooked.

As for weakening the ionosphere, again not enough power to do anything. The ionosphere weakens it, not the other way around.

Based on that article alone, their credibility is completely shot. Anything else they have to say, I would take with a very large grain of salt.

HAARP, said to be simply a unit that can slightly warm the Ionosphere / Hemisphere to cause temporay stretches - similar to how the Several layers of Hemisphere shrink at night. That is how distant contacts become easier / better at Night time.

Also it is easy to search around and find what is possibly Killing Millions of Birds - who like BEES rely on Ground products, plant berries perhaps, for food..How about the Many Whales found stuck ashore, or the Millions of Dead Fish ? No time for stupid arguing, but love to Hear what you may have found and how such is a growing Menace to the Planet. Note - by the way - how the clearing of South Americas Trees cum Forests, have no longer, the chance to slow winds down or to encourage rainfall. Note the Multiple number of Global Farmers that now use daily Herbicide sprays. How many said Farmers are using Monsanto seeds etc. and how much of this is being washed out to local stream, rivers, and eventually Oceans. Is there now a Forest Killing spike the gives reason for More Deadly Fungus to Rise up and be blown into the Atmosphere ??? Check out Medical reports ref; the growing numbers in India , grown to a said Varient. Note how many India Homeless use Local Railways, Bushes etc. as a Toilet. In fact where does the searching stop??? Does it stop at the report which explains how WWF - World Wildlife Funds, are now investing in certain Fish Farms. Note the Clouring Chemicals being injected by food into Fish Farm Salmon. Please explain just where such searches must now be halted, while everything is handed over to the Climate Change Freaks.

Hippocmapal time cells. That sounds so fantastic that I hope it is true. But this part that seems to go along with all this is the abuse by our Governments of this knowledge. Some like the fact Brazil is South east a of the US East Coast such as Florida instead of Due South is not an affect. That is due to people not paying attention in school when we had the globes in each room. We had a globe and a guess-amation of the Earth in 2-D. Not satellite views, but they were close to what we know the continents to be, IMO.

Eh. I don't trust them any more or less than you, some rando on the internet. They're an intelligence outfit. You're tearing down their words based, partially, on semantical differences between words they used to describe the flight path of radio waves through the atmosphere.

On a side note, I almost threw in a disclaimer on my previous post that I expected someone to chime in from the sidelines to shoot down the information about HAARP. It is terribly predictable.

I'm more interested in the earlier picture of the shooter. He was carrying a package in one hand while his gun was drawn in the other. In the middle of a "riot" he was worried about a package. I wonder what was in the package...

If they were disposing of explosive mixtures, they may have used a primary charge to detonate them. That would give you a big boom. They could have had an amount of flash powder that is used to manufacture fireworks, if the place where they found them was being used to assemble them (which I find doubtful... that's what China is for).

What is astonishing to me is that they would do it in a residential/commercial neighborhood.

Black powder and chlorate/perchlorate explosives usually produce a white smoke like the video showed. Black powder has about 1/3 the energy of a high brisant organic nitro/nitrate compound but deflagrates (burns quickly) and must be contained to cause an explosion when the containment vessel bursts. In this case the vessel could not contain the gas evolved and burst on the same principal as a black powder explosive bursts a containment vessel. Someone miscalculated and overloaded the truck.
Black powder and chlorate/perchlorate flash powder mixtures are sensitive to static electricity and that could have been the cause. Likely, a larger quantity of loose powder ignited although there is no way of determining how long it took from ignition to bursting from the video. Additionally, there is the mixed explosive possibility given that there were home made fireworks but that will have to come out later, if ever. There are inorganic compounds that undergo higher order detonations without containment.

Not quite caught up, so hopefully not already posted.


Saw an article this morning. Can't find it now. Said there were fireworks and some improvised explosive devices that were "less stable." It might have just been these that were detonated.

Said the authorities got a tip from the community, so apparently wasn't too secretly concealed.

I don't know what the amount of fireworks for a typical professional show would be, but 5000 pounds seems like an absurd amount, even for someone selling.
