I think I'll believe the Doctor instead of Phage on this one. She says it's a patent. And it looks like a patent to me. Only to Phage is it not a patent.

If this isn't the worst possible thing (mark of the beast) I don't know what is. The vaccine is to connect you to 24/7 monitoring of every aspect of your privacy. No thanks muppets.

Sorry. It's an international patent. Not a USA patent. The United States is not the only place you can get a patent.

First, we've got population. The world today has 6.8 billion people. That's headed up to about nine billion. Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps, 10 or 15 percent.

Stating ANYTHING about population growth....

He is literally saying decrease population, by 10-15% using health care and vaccines.....

So again I ask you; how does one REDUCE population with a vaccine besides sterilization or death?

Yes. He said that improving health care (and living standards) tends to lower the number of children people have.

In underdeveloped countries people tend to have a lot of children. Sort of an insurance policy because conditions and health care are so miserable. Reducing death rates will reduce the tendency to have a lot of children and slow the rate of population growth. Why slow population growth? Because the economies in these areas are already under extreme stress, there are millions living in misery. Reducing population growth and providing health care can help to relieve that misery, and death.
