Right. Heres the point of my OP.

The religious look at me as unsaved. Some might even say demon possessed if I ruffle the feathers too much.

Wokeism brands me as uninformed as to my reality. I need to accept I'm a privileged racist.

Both believe they have the answers for me to become a better person.

Only through introspection /salvation can I see how evil/sinful I am.

Both need me to go on bended knee.

I need to admit how flawed I am before I can even begin on the right path.

What is the right path?

Well now, they have all the answers.

Both want my money.

Both want to impose their reality to "all four corners of the world."


I could go on but you get the idea.

Atheism is the faith that drives the communist religion. When communism insists that no other church can exist, but the state, with its Party as the enforcer of moral codes, then it indeed is a religion.

Dumb is not understanding faith/religion/church/state as a concept rather than an absolute.

I think it’s about humans need to protect themselves from uncertainty. Religion helps set up walls around a belief system. People hide behind the walls and do what ever they need to to stay safe from the uncertainty that is on the other side of the wall.

Look at all the uncertainty that is pushed as fear, are you really safe, are you really a good person, are you able to survive this mad world without us.

The left is using the same tactics a cult and religious leaders use to set up boundaries for their followers so they can heard them like sheep.

Scientism is alive and thriving. For many, anyone in a lab coat is like a bishop, and anything written by a lab coat is the gospel.
Politicians are priests and “Scientists” are prophets, like Father Fauci.

The Woke fundamentalists champion the The dogmas of scientism, while they stand firm on the relative morals in pursuit of the“greater good”

The communism is a religion thing is just crap.
It's an economical philosophy which ended up as party-dictatorship everytime it was implemented.
There was this saying 'religion is Opium for the masses' in the beginning before it became political reality.
It's because religion promises meaning, hope for an afterlife, a justice after all is said and done, which early communists thought is what keeps the masses placated and prone to endure exploitation without any defiance, hindering the revolution they dreamed about.

Granted once a communistic party was in charge they turned all butcher and control freaks but that's also not a link to religion, priests/rabbi/andsuch usually don't sacrifice their communities.

So if you say stuff like an economical philosophy is religion you equate God/the universal spirit/whathaveyou with money.
If your comparison had a leg that is. Which it doesn't.

When things don't work out the way a religious person hopes they will, the standard response is..."The Lord works in mysterious ways." Personally, I always thought this was a BS copout on the part of organized religion.

I wonder if the standard response when things don't work out the way a woke person wants is..."We'll have to circle back on this."...or..."Yo', let's go burn Whitey's S# down!" ??

Let's just be blunt here...

Organized religion is nothing more than a distraction, a distraction to keep mankind's fear of the unknown at bey until Sunday (or Saturday, or Friday), or whatever the day of worship. It's just a way to address fear, and keep everyone working for the rest of the week.

And I actually believe in God, just not organized religion.

Wokeness is fundamentally no different. It brings like minded fearful people together into the same mental space in an effort to make them feel comfort and strength in numbers.

Both are born out of fear, and have fear at their very core. Else neither would exist.

Honestly did not help clear anything up for me.

I have an idea that atheism relies on the state to develop and maintain moral authority in the absence of a higher power/God based moral authority.

You seem to be making less and less sense. What are you talking about here? The communist manifesto states that religious institutions need to be replaced with party institutions to provide the functions you describe as belonging to religion.
