30 years ago this whole thing was viewed as a joke!

Quite prophetic actually!!

I was just watching some re-runs of the series 7th Heaven.

Reverend Camden was a minister in the series, who struggled to lead his 7 kids and neighborly flock along the lines of some wavy conservative/humanist theology.
Despite it's overarching Christian pretensions, the programs tackled surprisingly topical issues. Albeit usually haphazardly and unintentionally hilariously so.
It featured teen pregnancy, gangs, huffing paint and even a joint.
Edgy stuff for the production's peak some time between 1996 and 2007.

I guess nowadays it would feature Camden's dad alarm going off:
"Say Matt, what are those vitamin injections the neighbors have been giving you again"?
"How many times must I tell you dad, I'm Mary ... Matt's gone to college".
You know, I can't put my finger on it, but something is odd about these kids.
Let's find a snitch and get to the bottom of this:
"Oh hi Simon, come chat to dad for a minute"!
"I'm not Simon dad, I'm Ruthie, and I'm late for football practice"!

Yeah, sadly it appears so, although my humor was more intended on the characters, and family problems back then vs. problems now. I mean your average viewer never knew that back in the day. Same fallen lead with the Cosby Show (even if not the exact same crimes), I guess. Very sad really, in hindsight.

I live in the us and I take testosterone for TRT and it is a controlled drug(CIII) so this doctor writing scripts for this person needs to be looked into if she has enough to share with people.

Just imagine how many psychological problems (including porn addiction) young kids now are going to have when they get older. Most parents give them a smartphone, and they have unfettered access to the internet 24/7.

I'm convinced that a lot of transgender people weren't even born that way. I think a lot of the so-called "trannies" just became so obsessed with fetish porn that their fetish basically became their identity. People need to start questioning why there has been such a sharp increase in people who identify as transgender in the last several decades, because I strongly suspect that it has something to do with exposure to fetish porn at increasingly young ages.

I find it scary that putting children as young as 10 on puberty blockers is becoming increasingly common in the states that allow it, especially when you take into consideration that some of the effects are irreversible. You'll see these instances multiplying exponentially in the near future due to the fact that adolescents now have easy access to infinite varieties of hardcore fetish porn on their phones. Most people won't notice the correlation though, and those who do will keep quiet for the most part. If you try to mention it somewhere like Reddit, you'll just get the same old lefty trope: "It's not that there are are more trannies, dude; it's just that they have less reason to fear coming out these days!" A few years ago on Reddit, I actually saw a woman mention in a post that she lets her young sons watch porn because she wants to raise them in a "sex-positive household." I weep for the future of humanity.

Imagine some of these adolescents being put on puberty blockers now and getting their surgeries as young adults. I can almost guarantee that most of them are going to end up depressed and suicidal because deep down it wasn't really what they truly wanted; they just didn't realize that it was a porn addiction that sunk its claws in deep and warped their malleable brains during their formative years.

Nobody wants to admit that gender dysphoria is basically a fetish that got out of control because that would be politically incorrect, and it could even cost you your job and/or social life in some cases if you suggest that it's a disorder. I wouldn't care quite as much if these people were all 18+ adults, but enabling this illness in children is where I draw the line. It boggles my mind how a young person exhibiting symptoms of schizophrenia would promptly be prescribed the appropriate medication and put into therapy, but to even suggest the same course of action for a person with gender dysphoria would land you in hot water.
